Ավարտվել է ոստիկանի կողմից 2 անձի առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելու գործով նախաքննությունը

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված մի շարք քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության կրթահամալիրի սովորող Նարեկ Ավետիսյանը վիճաբանության ընթացքում եղբայրներ Արսեն և Արայիկ Մացոյանների առողջությանը դիտավորությամբ պատճառել է միջին ծանրության վնաս: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տե ղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:
Մասնավորապես քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանության կրթահամալիրի սովորող Նարեկ Ավետիսյանը 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, կենցաղային հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել է Արսեն Մացոյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ բռունցքով հարվածներ է հասցրել Ա. Մացոյանի դեմքին, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինս վայր է ընկել: Այնուհետև Ն. Ավետիսյանը շարունակել է դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ հասցնել գետնին ընկած Ա. Մացոյանին՝ վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառելով միջին ծանրության վնաս:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության կրթահամալիրի սովորող Նարեկ Ավետիսյանի հարվածները կանխելու նպատակով վիճաբանությանը միջամտել է Ա. Մացոյանի եղբայրը՝ Արայիկ Մացոյանը, ում ևս Ն. Ավետիսյանը վնասվածք պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել, ինչի հետևանքով վերջինիս առողջությանը նույնպես պատճառվել է միջին ծանրության վնաս:
Հիշյալ արարքները կատարելու համար Նարեկ Ավետիսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 113-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում ավարտվել է հիշյալ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ հանձնվել է դատավարական հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ այն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
