Ժոզե Մոուրինյոն շատ ճիշտ վարվեց Հենոյի՝ թիմին ինտեգրման հարցում։ Ֆուտբոլասերին, իհարկե, չեն հետաքրքրում տակտիկան, մեթոդը, հայ հանրությանը՝ առավել ևս։ Ժոզեի անցավորներին ազգովի հիշեցինք, էլ հեր ու մեր, էլ հին ու նոր, բայց էսօր ունենք Մխիթարյան, ում նույնիսկ Փոլ Սքոուլզն ա գովում, ով Մանչեսթերի կենդանի լեգենդն ա ու շատ հազվադեպ ա գովում ֆուտբոլիստներին։ Մոուրինյոն հասկացավ, որ հոգեբանական առումով Մխիթարյանը չափազանց նրբազգաց է, իսկ եթե նա կաշկանդվում էր իր համար վճարած գնի համար Դորտմունդում, ապա կրկնակի դժվար էր այդ առումով Մանչեսթերում։ Անգլիայում կարող ես հազար խաղ հրաշալի խաղալ, բայց մի խաղում ձախողել ու դառնալ քավության նոխազ։ Դրան դեռ Հենոն պատրաստ չէ, բայց ակնհայտ ա, որ մարդը վիզ դրած աշխատում է։ Մոուրինյոն ժամանակ տվեց, ու մեր տղեն իրեն արդարացնում է ու դեռ շատ հաջող խաղեր կխաղա, որովհետև հենց սկզբից պարզ էր, որ հարցը ոչ թե թիմի խաղը չզգալն էր, այլ պարզապես հոգեբանական ֆակտորը։ Հիմա էլ երբեմն մանկական սխալներ է թույլ տալիս, բայց ժամանակի հետ դա էլ կանցնի։ Իսկապես կարելի է էս տղուց օրինակ վերցնել բոլոր առումներով։ Նպատակ ա դնում ու ջանք չի խնայում քայլ առ քայլ իր նպատակին հասնելու, էներգիան գեներացնելու կոնկրետ թիրախի ու խփել թիրախին։ Շնորհակալություն սրա համար Ժոզե Մոուրինյոյին, ճիշտ է, տարօրինակ, տեղ-տեղ անհասկանալի կերպար է, բայց խաղային փիլիսոփայության առումով նա կարողանում է ֆուտբոլիստներին հասկացնել ու տեղ հասցնել իր ուզածը։ Լիքը բան կա սովորելու Հենրիխ Մխիթարյանից, ով ամենևին չլինելով Հայաստանի ամենատաղանդավոր ֆուտբոլիստը՝ իր աշխատասիրության ու ինտելեկտի շնորհիվ էսօր խաղում է աշխարհի ամենամեծ ակումբներից մեկում, որի վաղեմի երկրպագուն է նաև ձեր խոնարհ ծառան։ Ուստի ինձ համար կրկնակի հաճելի է տեսնել Հենրիխին Մանչեսթերի մարզաշապիկով փայլելիս։ Glory Man United, glory Heno jan, axper jan։
