Ամանորին գրագետ սնվելու կանոնները

Փաստ է այն երևույթը, որ Ամանորն այն եզակի տոներից է, երբ մարդիկ մոռանում են այն ամեն ինչի մասին, ինչը կապված չէ ամանորյա դեկորացիայի, հագուստի, դիմահարդարման և ամանորյա սեղանի ձևավորման հետ: Բայց այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ հարկ է ուշադրություն դարձնել ընդունվող սննդակարգին, որն էլ հնարավորություն կտա խուսափել սննդային թունավորումից և անհարկի բժշկի դիմելուց, այլ կվայելեք տոների բերկրանքը: Ամանորը դիտարկվում է որպես «ուտելու օր», չնայած մարդկանց ենթագիտակցության մեջ ուտելը վերափոխվել է ուրախանալով, ու ոչ ճիշտ սնվելու արդյունքում թունավորումներն, անխուսափելի են դառնում: Խորհուրդները վերաբերում են սննդամթերքը գնելու փուլից մինչև ուտելու պահը:
Սննդամթերք գնելիս հարկավոր է հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել պահպանման պայմաններին և ժամկետներին, աղցանները մայոնեզով և թթվասերով համեմել միայն մատուցելուց առաջ, հեռու մնալ տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներից, իսկ օգտագործելու դեպքում նախապես դրանք եռացնել 20-25 րոպե, սննդում օգտագործվող մթերքը լավ լվանալ խմելու ջրով, ճաշատեսակների եփման ժամանակ պահպանել անհրաժեշտ ջերմային ռեժիմը, բացառել կիսապատրաստվածքների, հում և պատրաստի սննդամթերքի համատեղ պահպանումը սառնարանում, և ամենակարևորը՝ հարկավոր է խառը սնունդ չընդունել, այն թունավորման թիվ մեկ պայմանն է:
Սննունդն օգտագործեք քիչ քանակությամբ՝ առանց խառնելու միամյանց հետ: Ալկոհոլը չօգտագործել ճարպոտ սննդամթերքի հետ, քանի որ ալկոհոլը ճնշում է ճարպը քայքայող հատկություն: Չօգտագործել անհայտ ծագման սնկեր: Հղի կանայք և երեխաները խուսափեն սունկ ուտելուց, քանի որ սունկը դժվարամարս է:
Ալկոհոլային խմիչքի և գազավորված ընպելիքի օգտագործման պարագայում նույնպես հարկավոր է պահպանել զգոնություն:
