Նոր կյանքի գյուղապետը աճուրդի է հանել իր ծառայողական մեքենան

Նոր կյանքի գյուղապետ, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության անդամ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը վաճառքի է հանել համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող «VAZ 217250» մակնիշի ծառայողական ավտոմեքենան: Մեքենան համայնքի բյուջեի հաշվին գնել էր նախկին գյուղապետ, ՀՀԿ–ական Մայիս Աբրահամյանը: Հիշեցնենք, որ մինչ ընտրությունները Նոր կյանքի գյուղապետի երիտասարդ թեկնածուն հայտարարել էր, որ ընտրվելուն պես կվաճառի այն: Հիմա նա ի կատար է ածում իր նախընտրական խոստումը:
 
Ավտոմեքենայի վաճառքի վերաբերյալ աճուրդի հայտարարությունը դեռևս միայն «Հայկական ժամանակ» օրաթերթում է տպագրված, բայց Գարիկ Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ ֆեյսբուքով էլ, բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցներով էլ կտարածեն:
 
 
«Բոլոր ցանկացողները կարող են հայտարարության մեջ նշված հեռախոսահամարով զանգահարել, գրանցվել և մասնակցել աճուրդին, որը տեղի կունենա մեր համայնքապետարանում դեկտեմբերի 16–ին: Այն բաց աճուրդ է, ոչ մի ինձ ծանոթ կամ բարեկամ չի գնելու մեքենան: Ով ամենից շատ կտա՝ նա էլ կհաղթի աճուրդում: Նվազագույն շեմ է սահմանվել 3 միլիոն 575 հազար դրամը, քանի որ մասնագետը մեքենան այդքան է գնահատել, շուկայական արժեքը մոտավորապես 3,7–3,8 միլիոն դրամի սահմաններում է տատանվում: Կարծում եմ, որ աճուրդում գինը դեռ կբարձրանա: Իսկ եթե լինեն մարդիկ, ովքեր կցանկանան մեր գյուղին նվիրատվություն անել, կարող են գնել այս մեքենան ավելի բարձր գնով, քան ինքն արժի շուկայում, այդպիսով գյուղի բյուջեին օգնած կլինեն: Մենք ամեն դեպքում հույս ունենք, որ կլինի ինչ–որ բարերար, որին նույնիսկ այդ մեքենան անհրաժեշտ էլ չի և աճուրդին մասնակցելը բարեգործական բնույթ կկրի»,– նշեց երիտասարդ գյուղապետը:
 
 
Վերջինս նշեց, որ ունի անձնական օգտագործման մեքենա, որով և քաղաք կամ մոտակա բնակավայր կգնա, իսկ գյուղում ցանկանում է հեծանիվով տեղաշարժվել՝ մյուսներին առողջ ապրելակերպի օրինակ ծառայելու համար: Մեր այն հարցին, թե միգուցե ավտոմեքենայի վաճառքը պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ նա իր անձնական մեքենան ունի, Գարիկ Սարգսյանը պատասխանեց, որ եթե ինքն այլ աշխատանք ունենար և ստիպված լիներ Երևանից Արարատ գնալ, պետք է միևնույն է իր մեքենայով գնար, իր գրպանից ծախսեր: Ըստ նրա՝ ծառայողական մեքենա պահելը, հարկեր մուծելն ու բենզին դուրս գրելը ավելորդ ծախսերի հետ է կապված: Նա նշում է, որ ի պաշտոնե ամենահեռու տեղը, որ ինքը պիտի գնա՝ մարզկենտրոնն է, ինչն ամսվա մեջ 3–4 անգամ կլինի և իրենից մեծ գումարներ չի տանի:
 
Գյուղապետի խոսքով՝ ավագանու որոշ անդամներ խորհուրդ չէին տալիս վաճառել մեքենան՝ ասելով, որ այն իրեն է պատկանում: «Բայց ես ընդունում եմ, որ այն ինձ չի պատկանում, այլ համայնքին, ինձ պատկանում է միայն 5 տարի ժամկետով, իսկ այդ գումարով մենք կարող ենք ուրիշ գործել անել:
 
 
Մյուս տարվա բյուջեով նախատեսում ենք շինարարական աշխատանքներ՝ դա կլինի փողոցի բարեկարգում, լուսավորության անցկացում»,– հավելեց նա:
