Although she has travelled widely, Ms Stewart explained the country¿s appeal to MailOnline Travel: ¿Within a couple of hours drive from anywhere in New Zealand you can usually be at a beach, a mountain or a lake.' The serenity of Lake Rotorua in the North Island, is captured above

The photographer has over 100,000 followers on her Instagram account and captioned this image of Tasman Glacier lake: 'Icebergs, mountains and a fiery red sky to start the day... moments one never forgets'
