Կիսվել

Երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում քննություն է տարվում՝ պարզելու ժամկետային զինծառայողներ, շարքային Ալբերտ Պոստոլոկյանի մահվան և Գառնիկ Տերտերյանի՝ բեկորային վիրավորում ստանալու հանգամանքները։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։ 

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունից։

N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքում հերթապահության ընդգրկված ժամկետային զինծառայողներ՝ շարքային Ալբերտ Պոստոլոկյանի հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում և շարքային Գառնիկ Տերտերյանի բեկորային վիրավորում ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ Զինվորական դատախազությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և ուղարկվել Երրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժին՝ նախաքննություն իրականացնելու։

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական դիրքի, առույգ հերթափոխի դիտորդ, նռնակաձիգի օգնական, ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Ալբերտ Հակոբի Պոստոլոկյանը 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 08-ին՝ ժամը 02:10-ի սահմաններում, ծառայողական նպատակով իրեն տրամադրված նռնակը նետել է գետնատնակի մուտքի ուղղությամբ, որի պայթյունից բեկորային վիրավորում է ստացել հերթափոխի՝ հանգստացող ավագ հրաձիգ, ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Գառնիկ Հայկի Տերտերյանը, որից հետո իրեն ամրակցված ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել իր ծնոտի շրջանում և ստացած հրազենային վիրավորումից տեղում մահացել է:

Գ. Տերտերյանը տեղափոխվել է զինհոսպիտալ, նրա կյանքին վտանգ չի սպառնում:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ քրեական գործով բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։
