ԱԱԾ-ն ձերբակալել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնյայի

ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ- հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության և հողի վերահսկողության վարչության տարածքային բաժնի պետ Ա.Ա.-ն:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից, ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2016թ. հոկտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում Ա.Ա.-ն բնակելի տան, առևտրի սրահի և հասարակական սպասարկման օբյեկտի շինարարության ավարտական ակտեր տրամադրելու համար անձամբ կամ միջնորդների միջոցով քաղաքացիներից պահանջել և ստացել է խոշոր չափերով գումարներ:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 311 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (Պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կաշառք տվողի և նրա կողմից ներկայացրած անձանց օգտին գործողություն կատարելու համար անձամբ կամ միջնորդի միջոցով խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալը):
