ՊԳԿ վարչության թեժ գծին շատ դիմում են ավտոմեքենաների աճուրդների և հանրակացարանային տարածքների հարցերով

ՊԳԿ վարչությունում նոյեմբերից գործում է թեժ գիծ (011523536 հեռախոսահամարով), որին զուգահեռ ներկայացված են նաև ոլորտային պատասխանատուների հեռախոսահամարները: Անցած երեք շաբաթվա հեռախոսազանգերի վիճակագրության ամփոփումը թույլ է տալիս եզրակացնել, որ ծառայությունը պահանջարկված է: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության լրատվական բաժնից:
Զանգերի թիվը յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթվա ընթացքում՝ նախորդի համեմատ, զգալի ավելանում է, իսկ վերջինի ընթացքում կրկնապատկվել է:
Ստացվել է 76 հեռախոսազանգ, որից 64-ը` նույն հարցով: Քաղաքացիներն ամենաշատը հետաքրքրվել են վերջին ամիսներին իրականացվող՝ օպտիմալացվող մեքենաների վաճառքով: Հարցրել են, թե ինչպե՞ս կարելի է մասնակցել աճուրդներին, ծանոթանալ վաճառվող մեքենաների ցանկերին և որտե՞ղ է գտնվում վաճառվող շարժական գույքի պահառության վայրը: Որոշ քաղաքացիներ հետաքրքրվել են, թե արդյոք կարո՞ղ են տեղում մասնագետի խորհրդատվություն ստանալ:
Բարձրացված բոլոր հարցերին պարզաբանումներ են տրվել, բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ գոհունակություն են հայտնել, որ այժմ արդեն վաճառվող մեքենաները կենտրոնացված պահառության վայրում տեսնելու, զննելու հնարավորություն ունեն:
Վարչությունում ստացվող հեռախոսազանգերի, դիմումների զգալի մասը տարիներ շարունակ առնչվում է հանրակացարանային տարածքներին: Քաղաքացիները հետաքրքրվում են, թե կարող են արդյոք սեփականաշնորհել իրենց զբաղեցրած տարածքները, ինչ փաստաթղթեր են անհրաժեշտ, կամ էլ հարցնում են, թե երբ արդեն կարող են ստանալ իրենց սեփականության վկայականը: Վերջին տարիներին ակտիվացած այս գործընթացով հետաքրքրված են հարյուրավոր ընտանիքներ, նրանց ներկայացվում է գործընթացի դյուրացված կարգը, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները խուսափեն ժամանակի և ֆինանսների ավելորդ ծախսերից:
