Քրիս Բոխջալյանը՝ Ղարաբաղ այցելության մասին. Իմ հպարտ ուխտագնացությունը հայրենիք

Ամերիկահայ գրող, հայտնի բեսթսելերի հեղինակ Քրիս Բոխջալյանը New York Times–ում «Իմ հպարտ ուխտագնացությունը հայրենիք» վերտառությամբ հոդվածում պատմել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ կատարած այցելության մասին։
«Թալիշ գյուղից անմիջապես այն կողմ բլրի վրայի խրամատները Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի խրամատներն են հիշեցնում՝ երկար, անվերջանալի անցքեր հողի մեջ, ցեխ, փայտե ամրություններ՝ դիրքերով եւ բլինդաժներով»,– գրում է հեղինակը շփման գծից ստացած տպավորությունների մասին։
«Եթե Խաղաղություն ես ուզում, պատրաստվիր պատերազմի»,– ասում է կապիտան Գեղամ Գրիգորյանը, որը 2 աղջիկների հայր է, միջազգային հարաբերությունների աստիճան ունի։ Նա կարծում է, որ ավելի լավ է ինքը համազգեստ կրի, քան կոստյում։
Բոխջալյանը հիշեցնում է, որ ապրիլին Թալիշ գյուղը սաստիկ կրակահերթի տակ էր ընկել, ինչի հետեւանքով գյուղի բնակիչները ստիպված էին լքել այն։ Հեղինակը բացատրում է, որ որոշել է Ղարաբաղ մեկնել նույն այն պատճառով, որը նրան ստիպում է ճանապարհորդել արեւելյան Թուրքիայով՝ փնտրելով հայկական քաղաքակրթության հետքերը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ղարաբաղի եւ Ադրբեջանի միջեւ շփմա գիծը ռազմավարական կարեւորություն ունի՝ լինելով այն թեժ կետերից մեկը, որը կարող է ապակայունացնել ամբողջ Կովկասը։
Հեղինակը հիշեցնում է հակամարտության պատմությունը՝ նշելով, որ 140 հազար բնակիչ ունեցող երկրում ձեւավորվել է ժողովրդավարություն, ինչը չես ասի նավթի վրա կառուցված 9.5 մլն բնակչությամբ բռնապետության մասին։
Նախագահ Ալիեւը ոչ միայն սպառնում է խոցել Ստեփանակերտ մեկնող ուղեւորատար օդանավերը, այլ նաեւ բարձրացնում է հայ սպային սպանողին, խախտում է հրադադարի ռեժիմը, կրակ բացում դպրոցների վրա։
«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բնակիչների հետ հանդիպումից հետո ինձ համար պարզ դարձավ, որ միակ ճանապարհը, որով այդ երկիրը կարող է նորից Ադրբեջանի մաս դառնալ, դա այն է, եթե Ադրբեջանը կարողանա գրավել այն։ Չնայած Ադրբեջանն ավելի մեծ է, ես չեմ կարող պատկերացնել, որ դա երբեւէ կպատահի։ Հայերն ապրում են այդ հողում դարեր շարունակ, նախքան դրանք Ադրբեջանի կազմում կընդգրկվեին»,– գրում է հեղինակը։
«Հայերի համար սա կյանքի պայքար է։ Դա մեր հայրենիքի մի մասի պաշտպանությունն է։ Այո, մեր դեմ էթնիկ զտումներ են իրականացրել Վանում, Անատոլիայում եւ Կիլիկիայում, գրեթե ամբողջ Թուրքիայում Հայոց ցեղասպանության տարիներին»,– գրում է Բոխջալյանը եւ նշում, որ Ղարաբաղի բնակիչների շնորհիվ այդ փոքրիկ երկրում միշտ էլ հերիքում են զինվորներն ու խրամատները։
