Գլխավոր դատախազի և իր տեղակալների ունեցվածքը.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպես հայտնի է, դատախազ լինելը բավական լավ պաշտոն է, քանի որ այն, այսպես ասած, «ամենայուղոտ» պաշտոններից մեկն է: Փորձն ու ժամանակը ցույց են տվել, որ դատախազները, սովորաբար, հացին կարոտ չեն մնում, դեռ ավելին՝ երկար տարիների ընթացքում կարողանում են և՛ մեծ գումարներ կուտակել, և՛ թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենաներ ձեռք բերել, և՛ դրա հետ միասին նաև մեծ թվերի հասնող վարկեր վերցնել:
Այս համարում «Փաստը» որոշել է անդրադառնալ Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազության բոլոր դատախազներին՝ ընթերցողին ցույց տալու, թե վերջիններն ինչ գույքի և եկամուտների տեր մարդիկ են:
Այսպես, մոտ երեք ամիս առաջ Գլխավոր դատախազի պաշտոնում նշանակված Արթուր Դավթյանը իր պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագրում նշել է մեկ առանձնատուն, երեք հողամաս և 10 միլիոն դրամի չափով փոխառություններ ունենալու մասին: Վերջինիս դրամական միջոցներն էլ կազմել են 28 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ եկամուտներն էլ՝ 40 միլիոն դրամից մի փոքր ավելի: Հիշեցնենք, որ նա մինչ այս զբաղեցրել է Երևան քաղաքի դատախազի պաշտոնը:
Նրա տեղակալ Արմեն Հարությունյանն իր պետին գրեթե ոչնչով չի զիջում, դեռ ավելին՝ ավելի հարուստ է ներկայանում: Ունի երկու բնակարան, երեք հողամաս, մեկ առանձնատուն և մեկ բազմաբնակարան շենքի ոչ բնակելի տարածք: Հարությունյանը հայտարարագրել է 55 միլիոն դրամ և 16 միլիոն դրամ եկամուտ: Բացի այդ, նրա եկամուտների մասն են կազմել նաև 20 հազար դոլար ստացված փոխառությունները, որը պաշտոնյայի կողմից վերցված վարկն է:
Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ Հայկ Ասլանյանն ունի մեկ առանձնատուն և մեկ բնակարան, «VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT CC 1.8» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, 3 միլիոն դրամ և 17 հազար դոլար դրամական միջոցներ ու 6 միլիոն 608 հազար եկամուտ:
Արտավազդ Հարությունյանը, ով նաև զինվորական դատախազն է, թվարկվածների մեջ միակն է, ով բավական թանկարժեք ավտոմեքենա է վարում, այն է՝ «BMW X5 3.0 I» մակնիշի: Նա ունի նաև 15 միլիոն դրամ և 17 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար դրամական միջոցներ, ինչպես նաև՝ 10 միլիոն 390 հազար դրամ եկամուտ:
Այս բոլորի մեջ կարելի է առանձնացնել դատախազի տեղակալ Դավիթ Մելքոնյանին, ով բավական համեստ միջոցների տեր մարդ է և հայտարարագրել է ընդամենը մեկ բնակարան, 8 միլիոն դրամ և 4 միլիոն 687 հազար դրամ եկամուտ:
