Իրանում տեղի է ունեցել հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի 14-րդ նիստը

Իրանում դեկտեմբերի 4-5-ը տեղի է ունեցել հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական  հանձնաժողովի 14-րդ նիստը, որին մասնակցելու համար Թեհրանում էր գտնվում Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը՝ ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկված էին տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտները ներկայացնող պաշտոնյաներ ու մասնագետներ:

Ինչպես  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը նախագահել են հայկական կողմի համանախագահ, ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը և իրանական կողմի համանախագահ, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության էներգետիկայի նախարար Համիդ Չիթչիանը։ Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված էր երկու երկրների հարաբերո ւթյուններին առնչվող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, որոնք վերաբերում էին էներգետիկայի, ենթակառուցվածքների, տրանսպորտի, բնապահպանության, առողջապահության, գյուղատնտեսության, բանկային և ապահովագրական համակարգի, կրթության, առևտրի, տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության և բազմաթիվ այլ ոլորտների։

Հաշվի առնելով  երկու երկրների փոխհարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակը և կուտակված փորձը՝ կողմերը կարևորել են տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտությունը։ Արձանագրվել է, որ դրա համար ստեղծված է բարենպաստ միջավայր՝ կապված Հայաստանի ԵԱՏՄ անդամագրման և Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրերի շուրջ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների հետ։

Երկու երկրների միջև ապրանքաշրջանառության ընդլայնման նպատակով կողմերը նպատակահարմար են համարել համագործակցությունը սերտիֆիկացման և ստանդարտացման բնագավառում։ Նիստի շրջանակներում քննարկվել են Իրան-Հայաստան երրորդ բարձրավոլտ էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի շինարարության տեմպերն ակտիվացնելու և Հայաստանի վերականգնվող, մասնավորապես հողմային  էներգետիկայի ոլորտում համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։

Իրանական կողմը մեծ հետաքրքրություն և համագործակցության պատրաստակամություն է ցուցաբերել հայ-իրանական սահմանին նախատեսվող ազատ տնտեսական գոտու հիմնադրմանը, ինչպես նաև հետագա գործունեությանը մասնակցելու հարցում։ Իրանական ընկերությունների համար կարևորվել է ազատ տնտեսական գոտում գործունեության ծավալումը և այդ ճանապարհով ԵԱՏՄ տնտեսական շուկաներ մուտք գործելու հնարավորության ձեռքբերումը։

Նիստի ավարտին ստորագրվել է «Հայ-իրանական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի 14-րդ համատեղ նիստի փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը»:

Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի շրջանակներում ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության առաջին փոխնախագահ Էսհաղ Ջահանգիրիի, ԻԻՀ էներգետիկայի նախարար Համիդ Չիթչիանի և ԻԻՀ արդյունաբերության, հանքերի և առևտրի նախարար Մոհամմադ-Ռեզա Նեմաթզադեի հետ։ Քննարկվել է երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։
