 Հայաստանի մի քանի մարզերում այս տարի առաջին դասարան այցելող երեխաների աճ կա: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը՝ անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե ՀՀ 2017թ. պետական բյուջեի նախագծում կրթության ծախսերը 1 միլիարդ 25 միլիոն դրամով կրճատվել են՝ պայմանավորված աշակերտների թվի նվազմամբ: «Այս տարի մեր առաջին դասարան հաճախող երեխաների թիվը լավն էր: Ունենք 30-40 հազար առաջին դասարանցիներ, և մարզեր ունենք, որտեղ աճ կա: Թվական տվյալները հիմա չեմ կարող ներկայացնել, բայց կարող ենք ասել, որ առաջին դասարանցիների առումով աճի միտում կա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Մկրտչյանը:

Նախարարը նշեց, որ միջին դպրոցում է վիճակը բավականին մտահոգիչ է: «Մենք այս հարցին պետք է լուրջ մոտենանք և լուծման ուղիներ գտնենք»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Հարցին՝ դա արտագաղթի հետ է կապվա՞ծ, նախարարը պատասխանեց, որ խնդիրը միայն արտագաղթի մեջ չէ: «Կա նաև գյուղական վայրերի հիմնախնդիր: Եթե գյուղը փոքր է, կա դեմոգրաֆիայի խնդիր, երիտասարդները դուրս են գալիս գյուղից, կա նաև ներքին արտագաղթի խնդիր: Դպրոցներում էլ պետք է կառավարման մեթոդ գտնենք: Այն, ինչ մենք հիմա անում ենք, որակի բարձրացում չի ապահովում: Երևի այստեղ է, որ հեռահար ուսուցման համակարգը պետք է կիրառենք, ինչն անում են տարբեր երկրներում: Միշտ չէ, որ օպտիմալացում կարող է իրականացվել: Երբեմն գյուղն այնպիսի բարձրության վրա է և այնպիսի ճանապարհներ են, որ այդ դպրոցը ստիպված պետք է պահենք»,- պարզաբանեց նախարարը:
