Երբ մեր երկիրն անդամագրվեց Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, նախ և առաջ ամենքը միաբերան մեկ առավելություն էին նշում. այլևս տնտեսական սահմանները վերանում են ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների միջև: Հայ գործարարի առջև փռվում է ռուսական անծայրածիր շուկան: Դեռ չենք խոսում անդամ մյուս երկրների տնտեսական տարածությունների մասին: Ապրանքդ բարձիր ու անարգել անցիր, տար ու վաճառիր որտեղ սիրտդ կուզի:
 
 
Սակայն անցել է արդեն երեք տարի, երբ անդամագրվեցինք տնտեսական այս միությանը, բայց այս երկրների սահմաններն այդպես էլ մեր արտահանողի համար բաց չդարձան:
Հայաստանցի արտահանողներն իրենք են ասում, որ ինչ ԵԱՏՄ մտնելուց առաջ, ինչ` հետո. ոչ մի տարբերություն չկա: Կրկին կախված ենք ռուս սահմանապահի կամ մաքսավորի քմահաճույքից: Նա կանգնած է սահմանի վրա ու նույն խոչընդոտներն է ստեղծում:
Առաջին հերթին, բնականաբար, խոսքը վերաբերում է Լարսի անցակետին: Այստեղ կանգնած ռուս մաքսավորը կուզի` մեր ապրանքը բաց կթողնի, կուզի` կասի 10 օր սպասիր: Պատճառաբանությունների հարցում նա խնդիր չունի. այս թուղթն է պակաս, այն թուղթն է ավել: Պակասները մեկեն կարող են ավելանալ, ավելները` պակասել, եթե նրա ձեռքը «տաքացնես»: Դե, գիտեք` կաշառքը մութ տեղը լույս է տալիս:
Փաստորեն ԵԱՏՄ երկրների մեջ, ինչպես հավաստում են արտահանողները, սահման գոյություն չունի միայն թղթի վրա, իրականում լավ էլ սահման կա: Սահման է` հազար տարվա իր վարք ու բարքով` վճարիր ու անցիր:
 
Բանն այն է, որ արտահանողները միաբերան հավաստում են` մեր երկրում ամեն ինչով աջակցում են արտահանողին, որևէ խոչընդոտ նրա համար գոյություն չունի: Ավելին` ամենահեշտ բանը Հայաստանում արտահանում կազմակերպելն է: Բայց ահա հասնում ես սահման, ու… միասնական տնտեսական տարածքի միֆը ցնդում է:
 
Եվ այն, որ մենք ունենք հրաշալի տնտեսական օրենսդրություն, որը մշակվել է եվրոպական չափանիշներով, եվրոպական տնտեսական տարածքին միանալու ակնկալիքով, այժմ դառնում է առ ոչինչ, երբ գործդ ընդամենը ԵԱՏՄ տարածքի հետ է:
Այո, իրողությունն այսպիսին է` մենք մեր տնտեսական օրենսդրությամբ անհամեմատ առաջ ենք և՛ Ռուսաստանից, և՛ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ մյուս երկրներից: Բայց ստիպված ենք հետ գնալ ու նահանջել մեր իսկ մշակած սկզբունքներից, հրաժարվել թե՛ ձեռք բերած գիտելիքներից, թե՛ աշխատանքային կուլտուրայից, որը տարիների ընթացքում յուրացրել էին մեր տնտեսվարողները, երբ աշխատել են` հայացքներն ուղղած դեպի Եվրոպա:
Առավել ևս, որ մինչև այս տարվա վերջ նախատեսվում է ընդունել ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային օրենսգիրքը: Դրանով արդեն վերջնականապես ստիպված կլինենք հրաժարվել այն ամենից, ինչն իրականում տարիների մեր ձեռքբերումն էր:
