ԵՏՄ-ն Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հարցն է դնում

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հրապարակվել են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կանխատեսումները, որոնք Հայաստանի համար, մեղմ ասած, հոռետեսական են: Ըստ այդ կանխատեսումների, Հայաստանը տարին կփակի 0,9 տոկոս աճով, իսկ ԵՏՄ-ն ընդհանրապես կարձանագրի 2,4 տոկոս անկում: Հայաստանում կառավարությունը, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը, ինտենսիվորեն փորձում է համոզել բոլորին, որ կիսամյակային 4,4 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ կա: Եթե կիսամյակային 4,4 տոկոս աճ կա, ապա առնվազն զարմանալի է, թե ուր է ցնդելու այդ աճը երկրորդ կիսամյակում, ըստ ԵՏՄ հանձնաժողովի կանխատեսումների: Սա նշանակում է, որ ԵՏՄ տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը կա՛մ սպասում է, որ երկրորդ կիսամյակում Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար լուրջ ցնցումներ են լինելու, եւ 4,4 տոկոս կիսամյակային աճից մնալու է ընդամենը 0,9 տոկոսը, կամ էլ ԵՏՄ հանձնաժողովը Հայաստանում ոչ մի 4,4 տոկոս աճ էլ չի արձանագրել, եւ եղածը ընդամենը հիմք է տալիս կանխատեսել 0,9 տոկոս աճ՝ տարեկան կտրվածքով:
Այսինքն՝ այսպես թե այնպես, ԵՏՄ տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը, ըստ էության, խաչ է քաշել Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի լավատեսության եւ, այսպես ասած, անձնական վիճակագրության վրա: Ըստ որում՝ խնդիրն այն է, որ ԵՏՄ տնտեսական հանձնաժողովում նաեւ հայաստանյան պատվիրակներ են աշխատում: Եվ բոլորովին վերջերս, օրինակ, հայտնի էր դարձել, որ նրանք մոտ 12 հազար դոլար աշխատավարձ են ստանում ամսական: Հետաքրքիր է, թե ԵՏՄ հանձնաժողովի կանխատեսումների վերաբերյալ, մասնավորաբար՝ Հայաստանի մասով, հայաստանյան պատվիրակներն ի՞նչ են մտածում: Այսինքն՝ նրանք մտածում են այնպես, ինչպես Հովիկ Աբրահամյա՞նը, թե՞ այնպես, ինչպես ԵՏՄ հանձնաժողովը: Համենայն դեպս, ստացվում է, որ հայաստանյան պատվիրակներն էլ մասնակից են Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի հայտարարությունները, այսպես ասած, ջրի երես դուրս բերելու գործընթացին: Եվ եթե տարվա վերջում տնտեսական ցուցանիշներն այլ լինեն, ապա, ըստ էության, պետք է առաջանա հայաստանյան պատվիրակներին փոխելու խնդիր: Դե, իսկ եթե ԵՏՄ կանխատեսումներն արդարանան, ապա անխուսափելիորեն պետք է առաջանա Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին փոխելու խնդիր»:
