ԱՄՆ-ում հնդկացիները հասել են իրենց նպատակին․ Dakota Access նավթամուղի երթուղին կփոխվի

Dakota Access նավթամուղի երթուղու ծրագրման համար պատասխանատու ԱՄՆ ինժեներական զորքերը որոշում են կայացրել փոխել ինժեներատեխնիկական կառույցի երթուղին։
«ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի» փոխանցմամբ Energy Transfer Partners ընկերությունը Dakota Access-ի շինարարությունը սկսել է 2016-ի սկզբին, սակայն նավթամուղի երթուղին պետք է անցներ հնդկացիների բնակավայրերով, ինչին տեղի բնակչությունը ուժեղ դիմադրություն էր ցուցաբերել։
2016-ի գարնանը ակցիայի մասնակիցները վրանային ճամբար էին կառուցել, որն արդեն կես տարի է արգելափակում է դիվելոփեր ընկերության մուտքը շինարարության վայր։ Նահանգի իշխանությունները բազմիցս փորձել են ցրել ցուցարարներին։ Դիմակայությունը իր գագաթնակետին է հասել նոյեմբերի երկրորդ կեսին, իսկ Երախտագիտության օրը սկսվել էր բացահայտ առճակատում՝ երբ ոստիկանները փորձել են օղակի մեջ վերցնել ճամբարը՝ ցուցարարները հարձակման են անցել։ Ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել էր մի քանի ակտիվիստների, բայց չէր համարձակվել գրոհել վրանային քաղաքի վրա։ Տեղի վարչակազմի խնդրանքով իրավիճակի կարգավորման գործում ներառվել են ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերը։ Ամսվա վերջին ԱՄՆ ցամաքային զորքերի ինժեներական կորպուսի հրամանատարությունը պահանջել է ապամոնտաժել ճամբարը, սակայն ցուցարարները ոչ մի կերպ չեն արձագանքել այդ պահանջին։
Տեղի վարչակազմը բազմիցս արգելափակել է ռեսուրսների մուտքը ճամբար։ Իշխանությունները տուգանում էին նրանց, ովքեր վրանային քաղաք էին բերում վառելիք ու սննդամթերք։ Միառժամանակ արգելվել էին նույնիսկ շարժական զուգարանները։
ԱՄՆ հյուսիսի ու Կանադայի բնիկ ցեղերի առաջնորդները ավելի վաղ որոշել էին միավորել ուժերը իրենց բնակության վայրերում նոր էներգետիկ մայրուղիների շինարարության դեմ պայքարում։ Հյուսիսային Ամերիկայի 50 ժողովուրդների ներկայացուցիչները դեմ են արտահայտվել իրենց բնակավայրերում ու հարակից բնական գոտում թերթաքարերի ու նավթատար ավազների մշակմանը։ Նրանց կարծիքով Dakota Acceess մայրուղին կարող է անդառնալի վնաս հասցնել տեղի էկոհամակարգին ու խմելու ջրի հասանելիության խնդիր ստեղծել։ Բացի դրանց նավթամուղի շինարարությունը վտանգում է հնդկացիների համար սրբազան համարվող պատմական հուշարձանները։
Ծրագրված էր, որ Հյուսիսաին Դակոտայում գտնվող թերթաքարային հանքավայրերից խողովակաշարով օրական 470 հազար բարել նավթ կմատակարարվի Իլինոյսում գտնվող նավթամշակման կետեր։ 3․6 մլրդ դոլար արժողության նախագիծը ուզում էին ավարտել մինչեւ տարեվերջ։
