Նարեկ Սամսոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Շատ դրական է, երբ քո երկրից դուրս ապրող հայրենակիցները ցանկություն են հայտնում որևէ ձևով նպաստելու երկրիդ ներսում առկա համակարգի զարգացմանը: Այս երևույթը շատ դրական է այնքան ժամանակ, քանի դեռ ասված «նպաստելը» չի ունենում տարատեսակ ենթատեքստեր (Վարդան Օսկանյանի, Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի և այլ հայտնի քաղաքական սփյուռքահայերի քաղաքական գործունեությանը քողարկված կամ այն լեգիտիմացնող քարոզչություն): Այն դրական է անգամ այն դեպքում, երբ նրանք բացահայտ հայտարարում են, որ քաղաքական հետաքրքրություններ ունեն, բայց միայն ընտրություններին ֆինանսավորելով, մասնակցելով չեն սահմանափակվում, այլ իրենց ողջ կապիտալը (կամ կապիտալի զգալի մասը) տեղափոխում են Հայաստան և մշտական բնակություն են հաստատում Հայաստանում՝ վերածվելով մեր երկրում քաղաքական գործընթացի շահառուների: Այս վերոգրյալ հանգամանքների առկայության դեպքում սփյուռքի մասնակցությունն ամբողջությամբ արդարացված է, ավելին՝ անգամ անհրաժեշտ և խիստ կենսական կարող է լինել «հայրենադարձության» տեսանկյունից:
Բայց վերոգրյալ հանգամանքների բացակայության պայմաններում (ինչում այս պարագայում համոզված եմ՝ ելնելով բազմաթիվ ներկուլիսային խոսակցություններից) սփյուռքի մասնակցությունը հերթական անգամ մեր երկրի ներքին քաղաքական կյանքին սեփական նեղ անձնային շահերով խառնվելու փորձ է լինելու, որի նպատակը ոչ այնքան «ժողովրդավարացմանը նպաստելն» է լինելու, որքան առանց այդ էլ վատ վիճակն ավելի խիտ և խիստ սուբյեկտիվ գույներով ներկայացնելը: 

Հ.Գ. Մի հետաքրքիր փաստ էլ նկատեցի. սփյուռքահայերից մեկը (եթե չեմ սխալվում, Ատոմ Էգոյանը) ասել է, թե պետք է գալ, ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին կրթել: Ուրեմն՝ շատ հարգելի պարոնի/տիկինի նմանատիպ ցանկությունը գերիշխող է մեր արտասահմանցի հայրենակիցների զգալի մեծամասնության շրջանում, և հենց այս մոտեցումն է (ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին վերևից նայելը) շատ դեպքերում իրական անջրպետ հանդիսանում մեր երկրի և դրսում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցների միջև: 
Հ.Գ.2 Իմ քաղաքական պատկերացումներում երբեք ու երբեք չի տեղավորվում այն միտքը, որ մարդիկ ասում են՝ «սփյուռքը պետք է մասնակցի ՀՀ-ում քաղաքական որոշումների կայացման գործընթացին», այս պնդումը ոչ միայն հնացած և հակաքաղաքագիտական է, այլև բավականին վտանգավոր ռիսկեր է պարունակում իր մեջ: ՀՀ-ում քաղաքական գործընթացների վրա ազդեցություն ունենալու իրավունք ունեն բացառապես ՀՀ-ում բնակվող և այդ գործընթացների ՈՒՂՂԱԿԻ շահառու հանդիսացող ՀՀ քաղաքացիները: Անկախ օտար հանրապետության քաղաքացի հանդիսացող մեր հայրենակիցների հեղինակության չափերից՝ ինձ համար այդ սկզբունքն անընդունելի է, ինչպես երկքաղաքացիությունը:
