Սիրիայում կառավարական զորքերի առաջխաղացումն ամրապնդում է նախագահ Բաշար ալ Ասադի դիրքերը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց «Նորավանք» գիտակրթական հիմնադրամի ղեկավար Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:
«Ասադի զորքերը մեծ առաջխաղացում ունեն, դրանում մեծապես նպաստում են ռուսական ավիացիոն ուժերը: Արևելյան Հալեպի մոտ 50 տոկոսը գտնվում է Ասադի վերահսկողության տակ, դա խոշոր հաղթանակ է: Չեմ կասկածում, որ կառավարական ուժերը մինչև վերջ գրավելու են Հալեպի արևելյան հատվածը: Վերջին շրջանում էլ նկատվում է ծայրահեղականների փախուստ, որոշները հանձնվում են: Սա հույսեր է ներշնչում, որ իրավիճակը փոքր-ինչ կշտկվի»,-ասաց Գագիկ Հարությունյանը: Անդրադառնալով այն դիտարկմանը, որ Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինին հայտարարել է, թե կառավարական ուժերի առաջխաղա ցումը դեռ ոչինչ չի նշանակում, Գագիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ սիրիական բանակը լուրջ հաջողություններ է գրանցում, առավելությունն ակնհայտ է: Նրա խոսքով, իհարկե, դժվար թե այս փուլում բանակցային գործընթաց լինի, որ Բաշար ալ Ասադն ուժեղացված դիրքերով մասնակցի, սակայն այս առաջխաղացմամբ երկրի ներսում իր դիրքերն ամրապնդելու համար լավ նախապայմաններ են ստեղծվում:
Մի կողմից սիրիական բանակը հաջողություն է գրանցում, մյուս կողմից Հալեպ նահանգում թուրքական զինուժն է ակտիվացել: Գագիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ դա միջազգային իրավունքի խախտում է: Միջազգային իրավունքի տեսանկյունից այնտեղ գտնվելու համար Բաշար ալ Ասադի համաձայնությունն ունեն միայն Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը:
«Թուրքիայի ակտիվությունը բացատրվում է այն հանգամանքով, որ նա փորձում է իր բաժինը վերցնել Սիրիայից: Ենթադրվում է, որ Սիրիան իր նախկին տեսքով չի մնա, կմասնատվի, Թուրքիան էլ ցանկանում է այդ գործընթացից օգուտներ քաղել»,-ասաց Գագիկ Հարությունյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, պատերազմի ընթացքում Սիրիան բավական մեծ վնաս է կրել: Մինչ պատերազմն այնտեղ կար 4,2 մլն շենք-շինություն, այսօր դրանցից 2 մլն-ը քանդվել է, վնասները հասնում են մինչև 1 տրիլիոնի: Այս ամենը երկիրը հասցրել է ծանր կացության: Կրճատվել է հայկական համայնքը: 100 հազարից ավելի հայ ունեցող համայնքում այսօր լավատեսական հաշվարկներով մնացել է 10 հազար մարդ:
