 ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի փորձագետները համաձայնեցնում են Արեւելյան Հալեպից զինյալների դուրս գալու երթուղիներն ու ժամկետները, դրան կհետեւի զինադադարը: Այս մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է ՌԴ-ի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ մեկնաբանելով Սիրիայի վերաբերյալ Հռոմում ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերիի արած առաջարկությունների բովանդակությունը:

«Ռուս-ամերիկյան կոնսուլտացիաների ընթացքում կհամաձայնեցվեն Արեւելյան Հալեպից բոլոր զինյալների դուրս գալու կոնկրետ երթուղիները եւ ժամկետները: Հենց որ դրանք համաձայնեցված լիեն, ուժի մեջ կմտնի հրադադարի ռեժիմը»,- ասել Է Լավրովը:

Նա նաեւ հայտարարել Է, որ այն խմբավորումները, որոնք Արեւելյան Հալեպից դուրս չեն գա ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի կոնսուլտացիաների արդյունքում, կդիտվեն իբրեւ ահաբեկիչներ: 

ՌԴ-ի ԱԳ նախարարության ղեկավարը հայտարարել Է, որ Ժնեւում Արեւելյան Հալեպի շուրջը կոնսուլտացիաներն ԱՄՆ-ի խնդրանքով հետաձգվել են մինչեւ դեկտեմբերի 6 – 7-ը:

«Մենք պատրաստ Էինք այսօր Էլ հանդիպելու Ժնեւում, բայց ԱՄՆ-ը խնդրել Է մեկ – մեկուկես օրով հետաձգել մեր կոնսուլտացիաները,- ասել Է նա:- Դրանք, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կսկսվեն վաղը երեկոյան կամ չորեքշաբթի առավոտյան»:  

Նա նաեւ հայտարարել Է, որ Ռուսաստանը հիմքեր ունի կարծելու, որ ԱՄՆ-ի հետ Հալեպի շուրջը կոնսուլտացիաներն արդյունավետ կլինեն: Լավրովն ընդգծել Է, որ Մոսկվան անարդյունավետ Է համարում ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում Հալեպի վերաբերյալ բանաձեւի նախագիծը քվեարկության դնելը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
