Երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը

Բրիտանացի մի խումբ գիտնականներ պնդում են, որ երկարակեցության գաղտնիքը վիսկին է:
Իհարկե, խելահեղ է թվում այն գաղափարը, որ վիսկիի նման թունդ ալկոհոլային խմիչքը կարող է երկարակեցություն խոստանալ, սակայն գիտնականները պնդում են, որ այս ալկոհոլային խմիչքի օրական 40-50մլ-ն իսկապես դրական է ազդում ամբողջ օրգանիզմի վրա: Վիսկին ստացվում է գարուց, եգիպտացորենից, տարեկանից և ցորենից։
Վիսկին օգտակար է ուղեղի առողջության համար: Այս թունդ խմիչքի չափավոր բաժինը լավացնում է ուղեղի ֆունկցիան, ինչն էլ իջեցնում է մի շարք հիվանդությունների առաջացման ռիսկը: Այն նաև կանխարգելում է ծերունական մի շարք հիվանդություններ:
