Արտյոմ Տոնոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում միակ պետությունն է, որ զսպում է ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան տարածաշրջանում, և դա Հայաստանն անում է մենակ, արդեն 25 տարի առանց ոչ անվանական դաշնակիցների: Ընդ որում, Հայաստանը կարողացել է ծնկի բերել Ադրբեջանին ոչ միայն մարտի դաշտում, այլև տարիներ շարունակ հաղթում է այդ պետությանը նաև տեղեկատվական պատերազմում:

Եթե Իրանի հյուսիսային նահանգներում այսօր համեմատաբար հանգիստ է դրությունը և «Հարավային Ադրբեջանի Թյուրքական Հանրապետությունը», որպես պանթյուրքիստական ծրագիր, գոյություն ունի միայն քարտեզների վրա, դրանում անուրանալի լումա ունի հայ ժողովուրդը, որն իր վրա է ընդունում ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան ամբողջ խորությամբ` պարպելով դիմացինի թե տեղեկատվական, թե ռազմական ողջ ներուժը:

Միայն մի օրինակ բերեմ ասածիս շուրջ: ԻԻՀ մեջլիսում թյուրքախոսների ֆրակցիայի ստեղծումից մի ամիս էլ չի անցել, բայց Ադրբեջանում արդեն մեծ ոգևորություն է նկատվում: Հնչում են հայտարարություններ, որ այժմ արդեն ճիշտ պահն է առաջ քաշելու «Հարավային Ադրբեջանի անկախացման» և «Հարավային Ադրբեջանի Թյուրքական Հանրապետության» ստեղծման հարցը:

Թե ինչպիսի ծրագրեր կնախագծվեին Ադրբեջանում, ինչպիսի քարոզչական և պարտիզանական պայքար կփորձեին հրահրել Իրանի հյուսիսային հատվածում ադրբեջանցիները, եթե չլիներ Արցախի հարցը, դժվար չէ պատկերացնել:

Քարտեզում Ադրբեջանում գծված մի քարտեզ է, որտեղ իբր ցույց են տալիս, որ «իրենց իմացած Ադրբեջանի» հարավային ողջ գոտին «խլել է իրանական ձեռքը»:
