Արմինե Վարդեվանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Սփյուռքահայության տարբեր ներկայացուցիչներ պարբերաբար շեշտում են այն փաստը, որ իրենք ներգրավված չեն ներհայաստանյան քաղաքական, հասարակական օրակարգի ձևավորմանը և փոքր դերակատարություն ունեն որոշումների կայացման գործընթացում։ Իրականում շատ բնական և տրամաբանական է, որ դրսում ապրող հայի ներգրավվածությունը այս գործընթացներին այնքան կարևոր չէ, իսկ նրա ձայնն այնքան ծանրակշիռ չէ, որքան ՀՀ-ում բնակվող ՀՀ քաղաքացունն է։ Վերջիվերջո, այս մարդիկ են, որ նախընտրել են մնալ Հայաստանում և կրել իրենց ուսերի վրա այս երկրի բոլոր անարդարություններն ու դժվարությունները։ Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Սփյուռքի այն մեղադրանքներին՝ ուղղված ինչպես հայաստանցիներին, այնպես էլ ՀՀ ղեկավարությանը, որ իրենց հիշում են միայն դրամահավաքների ժամանակ և իրենց դիտարկում են որպես «բանկոմատ», եթե ավելի իրատեսական գտնվենք, կարող ենք նկատել, որ, օրինակ, ամբողջ սփյուռքի իրական ֆինանսական ներուժը կարող է կազմել ընդամենը 10 միլիոն դոլար, որը հավաքվում է համահայկական հիմնադրամի դրամահավաքներին, իսկ այդ 10 միլիոն դոլարը Հայաստանի մի շրջանի հարկային, տուրքային եկամուտների 15 տոկոսն էլ երևի չի կազմում։ 
Այնպես որ հարկավոր է հենց Սփյուռքում իրատեսորեն գնահատեն իրենց հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև հասկանան, որ եթե օբյեկտիվ կամ սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով ապրում են այլ երկրում կամ ընտրել են այլ երկրում ապրելը, ուրեմն՝ համապատասխանաբար՝ որպես այլ երկրի քաղաքացի մեծ ազդեցություն չեն էլ կարող ունենալ ներհայաստանյան գործընթացներին։
