Որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի՝ վարչապետի ասուլիսի ընթացքում, որն ավելի շատ ոչ ֆորմալ բնույթ էր կրում, ակնկալում էի լսել նոր մտքեր, նոր գաղափարներ, սակայն դրանք սահմանափակվեցին կարճ պատասխաններով՝ «այո-ոչ»-երով կամ լակոնիկ բառակապակցություններով։ Հիմա, ըստ իս, ասուլիսի ընթացքում հնչած ամենավիճահարույց պատասխանը, որ տվել է վարչապետը, ինտելեկտուալ ընդդիմություն ունենալու ցանկության մասին էր։ 
Նախ՝ ազնիվ լինելու համար ասեմ, որ եթե վարչապետը նկատի ունի ընդդիմադիր ուժերի քաղաքական և կրթական ցենզը, ապա այս տարիների ընթացքում «դասական» ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչ ուժերը՝ օրինակ՝ ՀԱԿ-ը կամ «Ժառանգությունը», միանշանակ աչքի են ընկել իրենց ինտելեկտուալ գործիչներով՝ բառիս բուն իմաստով, եթե նկատի ունենք նոր ստեղծված ընդդիմադիր ուժերին, օրինակ՝ «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կամ ՝«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր», ապա չենք կարող չտեսնել նրանց շարքերում քաղաքական բավականին բարձր մշակույթի կանոններին հետևող ինտելեկտուալ գործիչների։ Խոսքը հավանաբար ՕԵԿ-ի, ԲՀԿ-ի նման «ընդդիմադիրների» մասին է, բայց պետք է հիշեցնել պարոն վարչապետին, որ այս քաղաքական ուժերը ՀՀԿ-ի պրոյեկտներն են, ինչպես ժամանակին լրագրողներին ասաց նույն ինքը՝ ՀՀԿ-ի փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, այս ուժերը ստեղծված են ընդդիմություն խաղալու և ՀՀԿ-ին սպասարկելու համար։ 
Ուրեմն՝ իրականում մենք ունենք ինտելեկտուալ ընդդիմություն, որն, իհարկե, ճիշտ վերադասավորվելու և գործելու կարիք ունի, որը այլ հարց է, այլ խնդիր։


Բայց եթե խոսենք քաղաքական դաշտի հակամշակութային, ոչ ինտելեկտուալ ուժերից, առաջինը, որ կգա մարդկանց մտքին, ՀՀԿ-ն է, իր կիսագրագետ, որոշ դեպքերում նաև լիարժեք միջնակարգ կրթություն և վարվեցողության տարրական կաննոներին չտիրապետող մականունավոր պատգամավորներով և գործիչներով։ 
Միգուցե վարչապետը իր թիմի մեջ փնտրի ոչ ինտելեկտուալներին և քաղաքական դաշտի որակի բարձրացումը սկսի իր թիմից, քանի որ ՀՀԿ-ն է քաղաքական դաշտի ամենա ոչ ինտելեկտուալ ուժը։
