Պոլսո պատրիարքի փոխանորդ Արամ Աթեշյանը Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու նկարներից մեկի անհետացման գործով հարցաքննվել է որպես վկա. Tert.am-ի հարցմանը` արդյոք Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարքի փոխանորդ Արամ Աթեշյանը ներգրավվա՞ծ է ծովանկարիչ Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու նկարներից մեկի անհետացման գործում, այս  պատասխանն է ստացվել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:

Նշենք, որ Tert.am-ը քննչական կոմիտե հարցումն ուղարկել էր այն բանից հետո, երբ «Պահանջում ենք պատժել Արամ արքեպիսկոպոս Աթեշյանին» հասարակական-քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ Սարգիս Հացպանյանը հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարել էր, թե «սկանդալային փաստեր» ունի Պոլսո պատրիարքի փոխանորդ Արամ արքեպիսկոպոս Աթեշյանի վերաբերյալ: Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել էր, որ կասկածում է, որ Պոլսո պատրիարքարանում Այվազովսկու նկարներից պակասորդ կա, և պատրիարքի փոխանորդ Արամ Աթեշյանը փորձել է դա լրացնել՝ ուրիշից ծովանկարչի նկարներից մեկը գնելով:  Ըստ ենթադրության՝ նա կապվել է նկարի տիրոջ հետ, հայտնել, թե ցանկանում է գնել նկարը, և երբ նկարը բերվել է Մայր Աթոռ սուրբ Էջմիածին, նա զանգել է իրավապահ մարմիններին, ասել, թե նկարը գողացել են պատրիարքարանից:

Հատուկ քննչական կոմիտեի պատասխան նամակում, մասնավորապես, նշված է, որ 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 10-ին Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարքարանից ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2005 թվականին Ն․Ս․ Տ․ Մեսրոպ Բ․ պատրիարքը նույն ոճով այլ նկար պատրաստելու համար մի անծանոթ անձի հանձնել է Պատրիարքարանի հավաքածուում գտնվող Արամ Խաչատուրյանի կողմից 1903 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ին նկարված Եպիսկոպոսի յուղաներկ նկարը, որն այլևս չի վերադարձվել պատրիարքարան:  

Հաղորդման հիման վրա պատրաստված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչությունում նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչը, նույն եպիսկոպոսի դիմանկարով անստորագիր յուղաներկ նկարը ներկայացնելով որպես աշխարհահռչակ հայ նկարիչ Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու կողմից նկարված նկար, փորձել է այն վաճառել Պոլսո Հայոց Պատրիարքարանին:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչությունում 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 20-ին  հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-178 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի հատկանիշներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

ՔԿ տեղեկացմամբ՝  Պոլսո պատրիարքի փոխանորդ Արամ Աթեշյանը նշված քրեական գործով հարցաքննվել է որպես վկա: Պատասխանում նաև նշված է, որ կտավի հեղինակին և քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հարցեր պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատամշակութաբանական, դատափաստաթղթաբանական, դատանյութագիտական և դատաձեռագրաբանական համալիր փորձաքննություն, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ՌԴ իրավասու մարմիններին, որի եզրակացությունը դեռ չի ստացվել:

Նշենք նաև, որ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն Tert.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան նախ հայտնել էր, որ Արամ Աթեշյանը՝ Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու նկարներից որևէ մեկի անհետացման գործում ներգրավված չէ, որոշ ժամանակ հետո միայն, զանգել և հաստատել են Պոլսո Հայոց պատրիարքի փոխանորդի ներգրավվածությունը նշյալ գործում:
