ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում սեպտեմբերի 15-ին տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որը վարել է ոստիկանության պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել է Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ղեկավարությունը, ստորաբաժ անումների պատասխանատուները, ոստիկանության կենտրոնական ապարատի համապատասխան ծառայությունների ղեկավարներ: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը մասնակիցներին ներկայացրել է խորհրդակցության նպատակն ու խնդիրները՝ ՀՀ Նախագահի վերահսկողության ծառայության՝ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունում իրականացրած հետազոտությունների արդյունքների և հիմնախնդիրների լուծման ուղիների քննարկումը:

Ստուգումներով ի հայտ բերված խնդիրները ներկայացրել է Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արմեն Հակոբյանը: Անդրադառնալով կեղծ համարանիշերով ու տեխնիկական փաստաթղթերով, նաև հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող ավտոմեքենաների հայտնաբերման խնդրին՝ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը հանձնարարել է կարճ ժամանակում շրջանառության մեջ դնել մայրաքաղաքի մուտքերն ու ելքերը հսկող սարքեր, իսկ մարզերում օգտագործել նույն սարքավորումների շրջիկ տարբերակները:

Ոստիկանության պետը նաև հրահանգել է սեղմ ժամկետում կազմավորել միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խումբ ու հանձնաժողով և ակտիվացնել անհրաժեշտ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների նախապատրաստումը: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը կարևորել է լրատվամիջոցների հետ աշխատանքի ակտիվացման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության գործունեությունը լուսաբանող հրապարակումների մասնագիտական որակի բարելավման նպատակով: Վարորդ-քաղաքացու հետ ճանապարհային ոստիկանի աշխատանքի արմատական փոփոխության պահանջ դնելով՝ ոստիկանության պետը կրկին ընդգծել է օրենքի առաջ բոլորի հավասարությունն ապահովելու խնդիրը, ինչը ոստիկանության նախաձեռնությունների հանդեպ հանրային վստահության գրավականն է: Ոստիկանության պետը կարևորել է Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության անձնակազմի մասնագիտական պատրաստականության, յուրաքանչյուրի անձնական պատասխանատվության, կատարողական կարգապահության բարձրացման խնդիրները՝ Հանրապետության Նախագահի հանձնարարականները ժամանակին ու լիարժեք կատարելու համատեքստում:  Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին հորդորել է ու պահանջել ոստիկանության օրինակով քաղաքացու համար պարտադիÖ € դարձնել օրենքի պահանջների անվերապահ կատարումն ու օրինահարգությունը: Խորհրդակցության ավարտին մասնակիցներին տրվել են կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ ու ցուցումներ՝ ըստ ոլորտների և իրականացման ժամկետների:
