1․Ամեն ուտելուց առաջ խմեք 2 բաժակ ջուր Ամեն ուտելուց 15 րոպե առաջ 2 բաժակ ջուր խմելը կարագացնի նյութափոխանակությունը և սննդի մարսումը կկատարվի շատ արագ ու չի վերածվի ճարպի։
2․Տաք ջուր՝ նախաճաշից առաջ Մշտապես կարող եք փորձել առավոտյան դետոքս ռեժիմը։ Առավոտյան դատարկ ստամոքսին խմեք 1 բաժակ տաք ջուր՝ մի փոքր մեղրով և կիտրանի հյութով։
3․ Կտավատի յուղով կեֆիր՝ նախաճաշին Այս նախաճաշը կօգնի մաքրել աղիքները և վերականգնել աղիքային միկրոֆլորան։
4․Սնունդը լավ ծամել Սա մեծ գաղտնիք չէ, սակայն հաճախ սոված ժամանակ մոռանում ենք այս մասին։ Սնունդը ճարպի չի վերածվում, եթե այն ծամում ենք 20ից 30 անգամ։
5․Դարչին և մեղր՝ ընդդեմ ճարպի Ճարպից արդյունավետորեն ազատվելու համար պատրաստեք դարչինով և մեղրով ըմպելիք։ 200մլ եռացած ջրին ավելացրեք կես թեյի գդալ դարչին և 1 թեյի գդալ մեղր։ Այս ըմպելիքի կեսը խմել երեկոյան՝ քնելուց առաջ, մյուս մասը՝ առավոտյան դատարկ ստամոքսին։
