Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը ուղերձ է հղել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մարդկանց միջազգային օրվա առթիվ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մամուլի ծառայությունը, ուղերձում ասվում է.
«Սիրելի՛ բարեկամներ,
Յուրաքանչյուր տարի այսօրն աշխարհում նշվում է որպես հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մարդկանց միջազգային օր, ինչը ևս մեկ առիթ է անդրադառնալու այդ մասով կատարածին ու հետագա անելիքներին:
Ակնհայտ են Երևանը բոլորի համար մատչելի դարձնելու ուղղությամբ քաղաքապետարանի կողմից կյանքի կոչվող ծրագրերը, որոնք եղել և մնում են մեր առաջնահերթությունների շարքում: Դրանց բոլորի նպատակը, անշուշտ, նաև հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մեր համաքաղաքացիներին քաղաքային ու հասարակական կյանքին հնարավորին արագ և սահուն ինտեգրումն է: Ու չնայած կատարածին, այնուամենայնիվ քիչ չեն նաև անելիքները, և մենք շարունակելու ենք անել ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի հնարավորին արագ կյանքի կոչենք այդ ուղղությամբ մեր բոլոր ծրագրերը:
Այդ հարցում, անշուշտ, անչափ կարևոր է նաև հաշմանդամության խնդիրներով զբաղվող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի համագործակցությունը, որը պետք է արձանագրենք, որ տարեցտարի ավելի է սերտանում: Նրանք ակտիվորեն մասնակցում են ոլորտի բարելավմանն ուղղված մեր ծրագրերի կազմման գործընթացին՝ նաև անմիջականորեն վերահսկելով դրանց պատշաճ իրականացման ընթացքը:
