Ժելատինի կրառման գաղտնիքները

Բալոր փորձառու և սկսնակ տնտեսուհիները գիտեն, որ առանց ժելատինի հնարավոր չէ ժելե պատրաստել: Ժելատինն անփոխարինելի է ոչ միայն խոհանոցում, այլ նաև այլ ոլորտներում:
Ժելատինից դիմակ դեմքի համար
Ժելատինը հզոր բաղադրիչ է կնճիռների դեմ քսուք պատրաստելու համար: Անհրաժեշտ է ջուր, ժելատին, մեղր, գլիցերին, մի քանի կաթիլ եթերային յուղ: Այս խառնուրդն իր արդյունավետությամբ չի զիջում թանկարժեք կոսմետիկ քսուքներին:
Ժելատինից և ակտիվացված ածուխից պատրաստվում է դիմակ` սև կետերը հեռացնելու համար: Անհրաժեշտ է խառնել 1 թեյի գդալ ժելատինը մանրացված ածուխի հետ, ավելացնել 2 թեյի գդալ սառը կաթ և լավ խառնել: Մարմանդ կրակին տաքացնել 15 վայրկյան, այնուհետև քսել դեմքին` մինչև չորանալը:
Դիմակ մազերի համար
1 ճաշի գդալ ժելատինի վրա ավելացնել 3 ճաշի գդալ տաք ջուր կամ կաթ: Երբ ժելատինը բարձրանա, ավելացնել մազերի համար նախատեսված ցանկացած կոսմետիկ դիմակ: Դիմակը քսել մաքուր և խոնավ մազերին և անմիջապես գլխարկ դնել: Կես ժամ անց մազերը լվանալ տաք ջրով:
