Արմեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գում է.

Անցյալ 10 օրերի ընթացքում Հալեպում սիրիական բանակային ստորաբաժանումներին և նրանց աջակցող ուժերին իրենց դիրքերը զիջած հակակառավարական տարաբնույթ առանցքային խմբավորումները վերջին ջանքերն են գործադրում՝ ամբողջական պարտությունից խուսափելու, կամ, ինչպես իրենք են մեկնաբանում՝ հակառակորդին առավել ուժգին դիմադրություն ցույց տալու նպատակով:

Մինչ այս հիմնականում 2՝ «Ֆաթհ Հալաբ» և «Ջայշ ալ-Ֆաթհ» ռազմական դաշինքներում՝ միավորված խմբավորումների զինյալները, նրանց սպառազինությունն ու պահեստները հետայսու մեկտեղվելու են մեկ ընդհանուր կառույցի շրջանակներում և ղեկավարվելու են մի կենտրոնից. նոր կազմավորումը ստացել է «Ջայշ Հալաբ» (Հալեպի բանակ) անվանումն. ըստ որոշ աղբյուրների՝ նոր կառույցի հրամանատարի անունը պարզ կլինի արդեն առաջիկա ժամերին:

Ինչ խոսք, բավական բարդ է կանխատեսել այս մարտավարական քայլի արդյունավետության աստիճանը, քանի որ ընդդիմադիրների պարտության հիմնական պատճառը ոչ թե ներքին կազմակեպչակառուցվածքային խնդիրներն են, այլ առավել առարկայական արտաքին աջակցության բացակայությունը կամ դրա անհնարինությունը, քանի որ նրանց կողմից վերահսվող Սիրիայի մեծությամբ երկրորդ քաղաքի արևելյան շրջաններն, ըստ էության, գտնվում են պաշարման մեջ:

Ընդդիմադիրների միավորումը, թերևս, կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում 2 հավանական արդյունքի կարող է հանգեցնել. նախ՝ հնարավորինս նվազեցնել սեփական շարքերում պառակտման և հակառակորդի հետ սեպարատ բանակցությունների հնարավորությունը(վերը նշված ժամանակահատվածում նաև նման մի քանի միջադեպերն արագացրին սիրիական բանակի հաջողությունները), ինչպես նաև՝ հնարավորինս ձգել դիմադրությունը, մինչև արտաքին հովանավորները կկարողանան որևէ քաղաքական ճանապարհով խափանել Հալեպի վերջնական «անկումը»:

Թե որքանով կհաջողի այս նոր մարտավարական քայլն, անխոս, ցույց կտա ժամանակը և սիրիական բանակի ու նրա արտաքին հովանավորների վճռականությունը, քանի որ, ի տարբերություն անցյալ օրերին հակառակորդից գրավված արևելյան Հալեպի հյուսիսային հատվածի, մնացած շրջանները գտնվում են ռազմական տեսանկյունից շատ ավելի բարդ և առավել խիտ բնակեցված տարածքային գոտում:
