Եվրամիության կողմից Վրաստանի քաղաքացիների համար այցագրային ռեժիմի չեղարկման ժամկետը կախված չԷ քաղաքական նկատառումներից, դա զուտ ընթացակարգային հարց Է: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Եվրամիության դիվանագիտության ղեկավար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինի:
«Ես չեմ կարող ձեզ ամսաթիվ ասել, որովհետեւ այժմ խորհրդարանը եւ ԵՄ-ի խորհուրդը պետք Է ավարտեն ընթակարգը: Ես խոսում եմ ընթացակարգի, այլ ոչ թե որոշման ընդունման մասին, որովհետեւ ես համարում եմ, որ դա քաղաքական կամքի հարց չԷ, դա Վրաստանի հետ կապված հարց չԷ: Դա հարց Է, որը կապված Է Եվրամիության ներսում այցագրային ռեժիմի գործողության կասեցման մեխանիզմի վերաբերյալ որոշման ընդունման հետ»,- լրագրողներին ասել Է Մոգերինին Վրաստանի եւ Եվրամիության ասոցիացման խորհրդի նիստից հետո:
