ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին դեկտեմբերի 2-ին իր հավատարմագրերն է հանձնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մարիա Պավլովա Ցոցորկովա-Կայմակտչիևան: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջ ոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Հանրապետության Նախագահը շնորհավորել է դեսպանին պաշտոնն ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ և մաղթել հաջողություններ: Սերժ Սարգսյանը գոհունակությամբ է նշել, որ հայ-բուլղարական միջպետական հարաբերություններն ունեն երկու ժողովուրդների մշակութային առնչությունների և պատմական դարավոր բարեկամության շնորհիվ ձևավորված ամուր հիմք, ակտիվ զարգանում է քաղաքական ու տնտեսական երկխոսությունը: Այս ամենը, Նախագահի համոզմամբ, լավ հիմք է ստեղծում Հայաստանի և Բուլղարիայի միջև կապերն ավելի ամրապնդելու և խորացնելու համար: Սերժ Սարգսյանը հույս է հայտնել, որ նո րանշանակ դեսպանն իր ակտիվ աշխատանքով կնպաստի այդ հարաբերությունների և տարբեր ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության ներուժի ամբողջական բացահայտմանն ու զարգացմանը:

Դեսպան Մարիա Պավլովա Ցոցորկովա-Կայմակտչիևան, համակարծիք լինելով միջպետական հարաբերությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ Նախագահի գնահատականի հետ, կարևորել է մինչ այժմ երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորված իրավական հիմքի՝ ստորագրված ավելի քան հինգ տասնյակ փաստաթղթերի ընձեռած հնարավորությունը լիարժեքորեն օգտագործելն ու փոխգործակցությունն ընդլայնելը:

Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել նաև ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացի և տարածաշրջանի մարտահրավերների վերաբերյալ:
