Պարզվել են Գեղարքունիքում Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի տարածքում արձակված կրակոցների մի շարք հանգամանքներ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի տարածքում հնչած կրակոցների դեպքի առթիվ, պարզվել է կասկածյալի ինքնությունը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 1-ին` ժամը 23:10-ին, ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի տարածքում կրակել են հանքի անվտանգության աշխատակցի վրա, կա վիրավոր:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը, ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի դատավարական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախնական քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ դեկտեմբերի 1-ին` ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, «ԳեոՊրոՄայնինգ Գոլդ» ՍՊ Ը-ին պատկանող Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի տարածքում, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը «ԱԿՄ» տեսակ ինքնաձիգով կրակոցներ է արձակել, որի հետևանքով հանքի անվտանգության աշխատակիցը ձախ ոտնաթաթի հատվածում ստացել է մարմնական վնասվածք և տեղափոխվել բժշկական կենտրոն:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն: Պարզվել է, որ դեպքի վայրը գտնվում է Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի թիվ 40 հանքախորշի հարակից տարածքում, որտեղ զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են պարկուճներ:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի անվտանգության պետը ներկայացրել է «ԱԿՄ» մոդելի ինքնաձիգ և հայտնել, որ այն վերցրել են կրակոցներ արձակած անձի մոտից` նրան բռնելու պահին:
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով դեկտեմբերի 2-ին ձերբակալվել է:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, մատնադրոշմային, դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Հարցաքննվել են մի շարք վկաներ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
