7,7 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ ծառայությունների ոլորտում

Կարինե Աառքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Չնայած այս տարվա համար գործադիրը կանխատեսել էր ցածր՝ 2,2 տոկոս տնտեսական աճ, տարին բավականին բարձր տնտեսական ակտիվությամբ սկսվեց: Այստեղ հարկ է նշել, որ արդյունաբերության և ծառայություների ոլորտում գրանցվել է աճ՝ առաջինում՝ 6,5 տոկոս, երկրորդում՝ 7,7 տոկոս: Եկող տարվա համար ակնկալվում է աճ շինարարության ոլորտում, եթե նախատեսված ներդրումային ծրագրերը՝ Հին Երևանի ու 33-րդ թաղամասի կառուցապատում, կյանքի կոչվեն, արդյունաբերության ոլորտում նույնպես աճի տեմպի պահպանումը հավանական է, եթե արտահանման հիմնական շուկաներում, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանում գոնե տնտեսական անկում չարձանագրվի:
Արդյունաբերությունում աճի պահպանման համար կառավարությունը նախաձեռնել է վերամշակող ոլորտի ձեռնարկությունների համար գազի գնի իջեցումը, ինչը կբարձրացնի այդ ձեռնրակությունների արտադրանքի մրցունակությունը: Գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում էլ շարունակվելու են իրականացնել այն ծրագրերը, որոնք նվազագույնի են հասցնում եղանակային տհաճ անկնկալների ազդեցությունը ոլորտի վրա:
Ցավոք հունիսից սկսած ընդհանուր տնտեսական ակտիվության աճի տեմպը սկսեց նվազել, կազմելով՝ հունվար-հունիսին նախորդ տարվա հունվար-հունիսի համեմատ՝ 4,8 տոկոս, հունվար-հուլիսին նախորդ տարվա հունվար-հուլիսի համեմատ՝ 3 տոկոս, հունվար-օգոստոսին նախորդ տարվա հունվար-օգոստոսի համեմատ՝ 2,4 տոկոս, հունվար-սեպտեմբերին նախորդ հունվար-սեպտեմբերի համեմատ՝ 1,6 տոկոս եւ վերջապես հունվար-հոկտեմբերին նախորդ տարվա հունվար-հոկտեմբերի համեմատ աճի տեմպը հասավ 0,4 տոկոսի: Այս ամենի համար հիմք հանդիսացան մի քանի գործոններ՝ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում ավելի ցածր համախառն բերք, հուլիսի 17-ի ոստիկանության գնդի գրավումը զինված խմբի կողմից, որը լուրջ հարված հասցրեց թե երկրի բիզնես միջավայրին ընդհանրապես, թե շինարարությանը և քաղաքաշինական ծրագրերին մասնավորապես:
Նման իրադարձությունները չեն կարող անհետևանք մնալ ներդրումների ներգրավման հետ կապված օբյեկտիվ դժվարություններ ունեցող Հայաստանի համար:
