Արմինե Վարդավանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Զարմանում եմ այն մարդկանց վրա, որոնք նեղսրտում են Հայաստանում արևմտյան կառույցների, դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչների հայտարարություններից, որոնք վերջիններս համարում են միջամտություն Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին։ Բայց չէ՞ որ Հայաստանի պետական համակարգի թիվ մեկ գրանտատուն հենց այս Արևմտյան կառույցներն են և այդ նույն ՀՀ Կառավարությունը ոչ միայն բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր է իրականացնում այդ փողերը, այլ նաև բաշխում է այդ գումարները իշխող թիմի միջև, դնում իր գրպանը։
Եթե մենք չենք ուզում, որ մեր գործերին միջամտեն ԵՄ-ն կամ ամերիկյան դեսպանատունը, ապա պետք է այնքան արաժանապատվություն ունենանք, որ հրաժարվենք այդ դոնորներից կամ չթալանենք ու մեջ-մեջ չանենք այդ գումարը՝ ուղղելով այն ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, որոնց համար դրանք տրվել են։
Իսկ ի՞նչ են անում մեր իշխանավորներն ու նրանց սոցցանցային քարոզիչները. չեն հրաժարվում այդ գումարից, նորանոր համագործակցությունների և գրանտների հույսեր են կապում, ստանում են գրանտը, բաժանում են իրար մեջ՝ այդպես էլ չբարելավելով ոլորտը, որին ուղղված էր այն։ Լափելուց հետո էլ սոցցանցերում սկսում են մեղադրել այդ կառույցներին՝ դե «համասեռամոլներ» են անվանում և մի բան էլ իրական գրանտակեր լինելով՝ սկսում են որակավորումներ տալ ՀԿ-ներին կամ մարդկանց, որոնք գոնե ազնվություն ունեն բացեիբաց հայտարարելու և՛ իրենց դոնորների, և՛ իրենց նպատակների մասին։ Ահա այսպիսի բաներ։
