ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրների ղեկավարները հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարները սեպտեմբերի 15-ին Դուշանբեում կայացած գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքում հանդես են եկել համատեղ հայտարարությամբ: Դրանում, մասնավորապես, ասված Է, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրներն անթույլատրելի են համարում ՄԱԿ-ի շրջանցմամբ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցները, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:
«Անթույլատրելի ենք համարում նոր բաժանիչ գծերի ու փակ սահմանների, ինչպես նաեւ ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի շրջանցմամբ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցների պահպանումն ու հայտնվելը»,-ընդգծվում Է փաստաթղթում:
Դրանում հատկապես նշվում Է, որ «ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրները հանդես են գալիս համաշխարհային քաղաքականության միավորիչ օրակարգի օգտին, ինչպես նաեւ իրենց ավանդն են ներդնում «առկա հակասություններն ու կոնֆլիկտները, բացառապես խաղաղ, քաղաքական-դիվանագիտական միջոցներով» լուծելու գործում:
«Մենք՝ ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ պետությունների ղեկավարներս, ակտիվորեն հանդես ենք գալիս սպառազինությունների մրցավազքի կանխման օգտին: Գտնում ենք, որ առանձին պետությունների կամ պետությունների խմբերի կողմից հակահրթիռային պաշտպանության համակարգերի միակողմանի ու անսահմանափակ ընդլայնումը վնաս կհասցնի միջազգային անվտանգությանն ու կապակայունացնի աշխարհի իրադրությունը»,-նշված Է փաստաթղթում:
ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրների ղեկավարները նաեւ հանդես են եկել Միջուկային զենքի չտարածման մասին պայմանագիրը պահպանելու օգտին: Նրանք կոչ են արել համախմբված միջազգային գործողություններ ձեռնարկել վտանգավոր միտումները հաղթահարելու համար, որոնց թվում նշվել են «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման ակտիվացումը եւ Աֆղանստանի իրադրության վատթարացումը:
«Առանձնակի անհանգստություն Է հարուցում ՀԱՊԿ-ի պատասխանատվության գոտու սահմաններում տիրող իրադրությունը, տարածաշրջանային հակամարտությունների կարգավորված չլինելը, «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական կազմավորման ակտիվացումը, Աֆղանստանի տարածքի վերածումը թմրանյութերի արտադրության խոշորագույն համաշխարհային կենտրոններից մեկի»,-ասված Է հայտարարության մեջ:
ՀԱՊԿ-ի երկրները պայմանավորվել են շարունակել արտաքին քաղաքական դիրքորոշումների համակարգումը միջազգային իրադրության հրատապ խնդիրների շուրջ:
Հայտարարության հեղինակները նաեւ ողջունում են Իրանի միջուկային խնդրի կարգավորման շուրջ պայմանավորվածության ձեռքբերումը, ինչպես նաեւ Սիրիայում քիմիական զենքի վերացման խնդրի լուծումը:
ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամներն են՝ Հայաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզստանը, Ռուսաստանը եւ Տաջիկստանը:
