Թուրքիայի վարչապետ, իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցության ղեկավար Բինալի Յըլդըրըմը և «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցության ղեկավար Դևլեթ Բահչելին համաձայնության են եկել սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների տեքստի շուրջ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքակա ն «Հուրիեթ» պարբերականը:

«Այսօրվա մեր հանդիպումը դրական է անցել: Սեղմ ժամկետում Թուրքիայի Ազգային ժողով փաստաթուղթ կներկայացնենք: Հավատում եմ, որ մեջլիս ներկայացվելիք փաստաթուղթը քննարկումների արդյունքում դրական արդյունքներ կտա»,- նշել է Բահչելին:

Վարչապետ Յըլդըրըմը հայտնել է, որ փաստաթուղթը կներկայացվի առաջիկա շաբաթվա ընթացքում: «Մեջլիսում 330 պատգամավորի դրական քվեարկության պարագայում հարցը կդրվի հանրաքվեի: Այդտեղ արդեն կորոշի ժողովուրդը»,- ասել է վարչապետ Յըլդըրըմը: Նա նշել է, որ մեջլիսում քննարկումների ավարտից հետո հանրաքվեն նախատեսվում է 60 օրվա ընթացքում:

Իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը վերջին ընտրություններից հետո մեջլիսում ունի 317 պատգամավոր, սակայն քվեարկության ժամանակ ունի միայն 316 քվե, քանի որ մեջլիսի նախագահ, ԱԶԿ-ական Իսմայիլ Քահրամանը զրկված է քվեարկելու իրավունքից: Թուրքիայի մեջլիսում սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անցկացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է առնվազն 330 պատգամավորական մանդատ: ԱՇԿ 40 պատգամավորների կողմ քվեարկելու պարագայում ԱԶԿ-ն կկարողանա առաջարկն ընդունել մեջլիսում և Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցով հանրաքվե գումարել:

Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները միայն մեջլիսի քվեարկությամբ հնարավոր են անցկացնել 367 պատգամավորի կողմ քվեարկելու պարագայում:
