Մի խումբ գիտնականների ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ալկոհոլային խմիչքները մարդկանց գրավում են իրենց համով կամ ուժգնությամբ:
Փորձարկումներից պարզվել է, որ գարեջրի համը առաջացնում է հորմոն, որը պատասխանատու է հաճույքի համար: Մասնագետները նշում են, որ փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ գարեջուրը դավադիր և նենգ խմիչք է: Մեր օրգանիզմը շատ արագ ընտելանում է դրան, որն էլ նրան ստիպում է դոֆամին արտադրել: Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է ամենավտանգավոր ալկոհոլային խմիչքների ցանկը.

Շամպայն: Այն ալկոհոլային խմիչքները, որոնք գազավորված են, արագ են ներծծվում արյան մեջ: Խորհուրդ է տրվում այն խմելուց առաջ լավ ուտել և այլ խմիչքների հետ չխառնել:
Լիկյորներ: Այս խմիչքը մաքուր տեսքով դժվար է խմել, քանի որ շատ քաղցր է: Փորձերի միջոցով ապացուցվել է, որքան քաղցր է ըմպելիքը, այնքան այն վատ է անդրադարնում օրգանիզմի վրա:
