Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանդիպել է Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության երրորդ համաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով Երևան այցելած Նիսի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Ագնես Ռամպալի հետ: Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը նկատել է, որ Երևանում անցկացվող Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության երրորդ համաժողովը հրաշալի հնարավորություն է մեկ անգամ ևս քննարկելու ֆրանսիական գործընկեր քաղաքների հետ իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքն ու նախանշելու առաջիկա անելիքները: Անդրադառնալով Երևանի և Նիսի միջև ձևավորված համագործակցությանը՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետն ընդգծել է, որ անհրաժեշտ է նախանշել հստակ ուղղություններ, որոնք հնարավորություն կտան առավել գործնական ու առարկայական դարձնել երկու քաղաքների փոխգործակցությունը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար և քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին փոխանցելով Նիսի գործընկերոջ՝ Ֆիլիպ Պրադալի ջերմ ողջույնները, Նիսի քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Ագնես Ռամպալն իր հերթին նկատել է, որ արդյունավետ համագործակցություն ծավալելու համար իսկապես առկա է լայն դաշտ ինչպես ծրագրերի իրականացման, այնպես էլ փորձի փոխանակման առումով: Ագնես Ռամպալը նշել է, որ տպավորված է Երևանի զարգացման տեմպերով ու հավելել, որ այդ հարցում իսկապես նկատելի է քաղաքային իշխանությունների հետևողականությունն ու որդեգրած քաղաքականությունը:
