«Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի» համակարգը կթվայնացվի
INTERVIEW
Կառավարությունը որոշել է դադարեցնել «Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվ» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության Մեղրու տարածքային ներկայացուցչության գործունեությունը։ Վաղը կայանալիք կառավարության նիստի օրակարգում կքննարկվի նաև այս հարցի վերաբերյալ որոշման նախագիծը:
Որպես Մեղրու տարածքային ստորաբաժանման աշխատանքների դադարեցման պատճառ է նշվում վերջին տարիներին «Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվ» ՊՈԱԿ–ի մի շարք տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներում մատուցվող ծառայությունների քանակի նվազումը:
Գործառույթները հանձնվելու են արխիվի Սյունիքի մարզային մասնաճյուղին:
Նախագծում նաև նշված է, որ Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի փոքրածավալ գործառույթներ իրականացնող տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների գոյությունը (1–2 հոգի անձնակազմով) հնարավորություն չի տալիս իրականացնել դրանց տեխնիկական վերազինումը, իսկ մեծ ստորաբաժանումներում հնարավոր է իրականացնել տեխնիկական վերազինում և հնարավոր կլինի անհրաժեշտ մասնագետների առկայության պայմաններում տեղերում իրականացնել արխիվային տեղեկությունների էլեկտրոնային շտեմարանի ստեղծում և փաստաթղթերի թվայնացում:
«Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի» տնօրեն Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ միայն Մեղրիում չէ որ ՊՈԱԿ–ի մասնաճյուղ է փակվել, ստորաբաժանումներ չկան նաև Տաշիրում, Աշոցքում և մի շարք այլ համայնքներում: Մեր այն հարցին, թե Մեղրիի մասնաճյուղի աշխատողները գործազուրկ կմնա՞ն, թե այլ մասնաճյուղերում կաշխատեն՝ պարոն Վիրաբյանը պատասխանեց, որ այնտեղ միայն մեկ մարդ էր աշխատում, ով գրեթե հասել էր կենսաթոշակային տարիքի: «Նա կաշխատի Մեղրու միացյալ համայնքի համայնքապետարանի արխիվում մինչև թոշակի անցնելը: Շատ քիչ է արխիվ դիմող մարդկանց թիվը, և նպատակահարմար չէ այլևս մասնաճյուղերի գործունեությունը շարունակել: Աստիճանաբար ՊՈԱԿ–ի մասնաճյուղերը կփակվեն: Իսկ հունվարից արդեն մարդիկ ստիպված չեն լինի գնալ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ. կլինի արխիվային տեղեկությունների էլեկտրոնային շտեմարան: Հունվար ամսից արդեն քաղաքացիները տարածքային ստորաբաժանումներ գնալու փոխարեն, օրինակ, թոշակ ստանալու համար կդիմեն թոշակ նշանակող մարմնին՝ սոցապ, նա էլ մեզ կդիմի և քաղաքացուն կտրամադրվի էլեկտրոնային պատասխան»,– նշեց տնօրենը:
