ԼՂՀ խորհրդարանին է ներկայացվել 2017 թվականի պետբյուջեի մասին օրենքի նախագիծը

ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովում դեկտեմբերի 1-ին տեղի է ունեցել մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստը, որը վարում էր խորհրդարանի ֆինանսաբյուջետային և տնտեսական կառավարման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ռուսլան Իսրայելյանը: Նիստի օրակարգային թեման «ԼՂՀ 2017 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքի նախագիծն էր: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Գալիք տարվա գլխավոր ֆինանսական փաստաթղթի պաշտոնական ծանոթացման առաջին միջոցառմանը ներկա էին Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը, վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:
Օրինագծի և բյուջետային փաթեթի մյուս փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ԼՂՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Սպարտակ Թևոսյանը: Նա ադրադարձել է նախագծի հիմքում դրված հիմնական մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշներին, եկամուտների ձևավորմանը, բյուջեի կատարման համար անհրաժեշտ օրենսդրական կարգավորումներին և այլ հարցերի:
Այնուհետև բյուջեի նախագծի մասին լրացուցիչ պարզաբանումներ է տվել ԼՂՀ վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը և ներկայացրել 2017 թվականին երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական քաղաքականության հիմնական ուղղությունները:
Տեղի է ունեցել մտքերի փոխանակում, որի ընթացքում պատգամավորները օրինագծի վերաբերյալ հարցեր են առաջադրել գործադիր իշխանության ներկայացուցիչներին:
Համաձայն հաստատված ժամանակացույցի, քննարկումները դեկտեմբերի 2-ից կշարունակվեն խորհրդարանի մշտական հանձնաժողովներում և խմբակցություններում:
