Հայաստանում մեկնարկեց հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության չորրորդ համաժողովը, որն անցկացվելու է դեկտեմբերի 1-2-ը:
Ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես եկավ ՀՀ արտգործնախարար ԷդվարդՆալբանդյանը` կարեւորելով Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջեւ համագործակցությունը տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների մակարդակով:
«Հայ-ֆրանսիական փոխգործակցությունը տարբեր ուղղություններով վերջին տարիներին զարգացել և ամրապնդվել է՝ նշանավորվելով միջխորհրդարանական կապերի առավել սերտացմամբ, տնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնմամբ, մշակութային և գիտակրթական կապերի շարունակական խորացմամբ: Զուգահեռ վերընթաց զարգացում է ապրել նաև մեր երկրների միջև դեռ հիսուն տարի առաջ սկիզբ առած և Հայաստանի անկախությունից ի վեր նոր թափ ստացած ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցությունը։ Այսօր Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի քաղաքների ու շրջանների միջև յոթ տասնյակի հասնող փոխգործակցու թյան համաձայնագրերի շրջանակներում ամեն տարի իրականացվում են բազմաթիվ համատեղ ծրագրեր զբոսաշրջության, գյուղատնտեսության, կրթության, մշակույթի, առողջապահության և այլ ոլորտներում, ինչը հանդիսանում է մի յուրօրինակ օժանդակություն մեր մարզերի և համայնքների համաչափ զարգացման առումով»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց նա:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ընդգծեց, որ համաժողովը նաեւ կարեւոր է Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի շրջանակում, որի հաջորդ գագաթնաժողովն անցկացվելու է 2018 թվականին Հայաստանում: «Վստահ եմ, որ այս չորրորդ համաժողովը կգա բացելու նոր հեռանկարներ, ի հայտ բերելու ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության նոր բովանդակային հորիզոններ»,-եզրափակեց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը:
Հայ-ֆրանսիական ապակենտրոնացված համագործակցության առաջին համաժողովը տեղի է ունեցել 2006 թ. Փարիզում` համախմբելով գրեթե 30 համայնքներ ներկայացնող 250 մասնակցի, ովքերկենտրոնացան չորս թեմաների վրա` տեղական կառավարում եւ կադրերի պատրաստում, տնտեսական զարգացում, զբոսաշրջություն եւ գյուղական զարգացում: Երկրորդը համաժողովն անցկացվել է 2010 թ. Երևանում, իսկ երրորդը` 2013 թվականին Ֆրան սիայի Վալանս քաղաքում:
