Ինչպես են կառավարություն ձգում գոտիները, կամ անարդյունավետ ծախսերը հասցնում մինիմալի, երբ կառավարության նոր կազմի ձևավորումից ի վեր, հայ նախարարներն ու վարչության պետերը շարունակում են անհավատալի, աստղաբաշխական թվերի հասնող գումարներ ծախսել իրենց ավիատոմսերի և ուղևորությունների վրա։ Հիմա էլ Բնապահպանության նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը Լյուքսեմբուրգի մեկ տոմս է ձեռք բերել, որի արժեքը 914 հազար դրամ է կամ մոտ 1750 եվրո: Բայց թեկուզ և վաղը Լյուքսեմբուրգ թռչելու համար տոմս ձեռք բերել, այն կարժենա ոչ ավել քան 400-800 եվրո:
Այսինքն էժան գներով տոմսեր ձեռք բերել հնարավոր է, բայց քանի որ մեր նախարարները իրենց անձի մասին չափազանց և անհիմն բարձր կարծիք ունեն, քանի որ դեռևս ոչ մի էական բարեփոխում չիրականացրած կամ իրենց լավ աշխատանքով ու նվիրվածությամբ աչքի րընկած աշխատողներ են, կարծում են, թե արժանի են լյուքս ուղևորությունների և դեռ չեն հրաժարվում այս ռաբիս պրակտիկայից։ Հավանաբար անընդհատ պետք է կառավարությունում կրկնել կամ հիշեցնել, որ երկիրը անցել է խիստ խնայողակլան ռեժիմ։ Չէ, կներեք, այս խնայողությունները վերաբերում էին միայն թոշակառուներին և շարքային ախատողներին, որոնց հարկերի հաշվին էլ կկատարվեն բոլոր խնայողությունները։
