Նաիրիտը սնանկ ճանաչվեց։ Եթե անկեղծ՝ Նաիրիտի անլուծելի և անվերջ թվացող խնդիրների «լուծման» միակ տարբերակը տնտեսական այս պայմաններում հենց սա էր, և այս հանգուցալուծումը պարզ էր ի սկզբանե՝ այն ժամանակվանից, երբ Խորհրդային Միությունը փլուզվեց, փլուզվեց նաև իր տնտեսական համակարգը՝ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին պետության կողմից տրվող լիակատար հովանավորչությամբ և սուբսիդավորմամբ։ 
Իհարկե, տնտեսական այս պայմաններում բարդ է, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև ոչ արդյունավետ և չարդարացված այսպիսի ընկերություններին սուբսիդավորելը, քանի որ դրանով ոչ միայն հարցը չի լուծվի, այլ նաև որոշ ժամանակ անց տնտեսվարողը կհայտնվի նույն իրավիճակում՝ արդյունքում անիմաստ վատնելով պետական միջոցները։ Խնդիրը ոչ խորհրդային՝ ժամանակակից տնտեսության փիլիսոփայությունը չընկալալու, ժամանակակից մենեջմենթին համահունչ չքայլելու մեջ է։
Մեր տնտեսվարողները պետք է այլևս հասկանան, որ երկրում գոյություն ունեցող տնտեսական զարգացման օբյեկտիվ խոչընդոտների հետ մեկտեղ մեծ է նաև սուբյեկտիվ գործոնների բացասական ազդեցությունը, պետք է հասկանան, որ պետությունը առավել ևս չի սուբսիդավորի վատ մենեջմենթ ունեցող և ամեն պահի ճգնաժամի մեջ ընկնելու հակումներ ունեցող ընկերություններին, ուստի բիզնեսում այլևս պետք է լինել խելացի և լավ կառավարիչ, որի միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի շրջանցել նույնիսկ տնտեսական ոչ բարենպաստ միջավայրը։ 
Այս օրերին ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում են հայտնվել բազմաթիվ ընկերություններ, և այս ամենում անկասկած ընկերության կառավարիչների դերը մեծ է, քանի որ վերջիններս սովոր են վնասով ընկերություն պահել և անընդհատ պետությունից աջակցություն պահանջել՝ չվերանայելով իրենց մենեջմենթն ու բիզնես ռազմավարությունը։ Քանի դեռ այս գիտակցությունը չկա մեև տնտեսվարողների մոտ, նրանք տնտեսական բազմաթիվ խոչընդոտների ազդեցությամբ հայտնվելու են ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում։
