«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է.
«Առաջիկա օրերին Համբուրգում ԵԱՀԿ ԱԳՆ նախարարների խորհրդի նիստի շրջանակներում կկայանա Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի ԱԳ նախարարների հանդիպում: Իսկ նախագահնե՞րը, հարցրինք մեր զրուցակցին։ «Դեռ հաստատ չէ»:
Ի դեպ, ՀՀԿ ԳՄ-ի հետ հանդիպումներին երբեմն-երբեմն Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ղարաբաղյան բանակցային գործընթացից «փշուրներ» են պատմում, որպեսզի «ծերերին» չթվա, թե Նալբանդյանն իր «պոստին քնած» է եւ ոչինչ չի անում, բացի «բիզնես դասով թռչելուց»։
«Նալբանդյանը Քերրի-Պուտին հանդիպման ժամանակ ասել է. քանի որ արդեն իսկ Կասպրշիկի առաքելության` հետաքննական հնարավորությունների ընդլայնման բյուջեն հաստատվել է, սարքերի մասով որոշումը կայացվել է, արդյո՞ք ժամանակը չէ նաեւ, որ ԵԱՀԿ-ն հստակեցնի, թե ով է իրականում խանգարում, որ այդ ամենը կյանքի կոչվի, եւ ով է առավել շահագրգիռ հարցը ռազմական ուղով լուծելու հարցում։ Նալբանդյանի ասածին Քերրին համաձայնել է, իսկ Պուտինը ձայն չի հանել»,- տեղեկացրեց ՀՀԿ մեր աղբյուրը՝ եւս մի «նյուանս» պատմելով բանակցություններից.
«Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի ու հանրաքվեի քննարկման ժամանակ խոսք է գնացել ժամկետների մասին: Ալիեւը, որը խիստ դեմ է հանրաքվեի գաղափարին եւ բանակցությունները մշտապես տապալում է բացառապես այդ պատճառով, դիմելով Սերժ Սարգսյանին՝ հարցրել է. «Ինչ ժամկետ ասեմ` համաձայնելո՞ւ եք»: «Այո»,- պատասխանել է Սերժը՝ լավ իմանալով, որ Ալիեւին ոչ մի ժամկետ ձեռնտու չէ։ «20 տարի»,- ասել է Ալիեւը։ «Համաձա՛յն եմ»,- ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը։ «30 տարի»։ «Համաձայն եմ»,- ասել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը: «70 տարի»։ «Այդքան չես ապրի»,- հակադարձել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը»:
