Միքայել Գրիգորյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջումգրում է. 

Անցյալ տարվա խաղողի մթերումների դիմաց գոյացած պարտքերի մարման գործընթացը շարունակվում է: Սեպտեմբերին առկա 820 մլն դրամից ընկերությունների պարտքը գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին հասել է 211 մլն դրամ:

Միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվել գյուղմթերքի իրացման, Հայաստանից Իրան մսաթմերքի արտահանման, պարարտանյութերի, սերմերի դիմաց նախկինում կուտակված պարտքերի հավաքագրման ուղղությամբ:
Այդ ժամանակահատվածում խաղողի մթերման թեման դարձել էր Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ քննարկվող թեմաներից մեկը:
Բոլորս հիշում ենք գյուղացիների տարատեսակ բողոքի ցույցերը: Շատերը համացանցում փորձ կատարեցին այդ ցույցեր քաղաքականացնել և օգտագործել գյուղացիների խնդիրները իրենց քաղաքական դիվիդենտները ավելացնելու համար: Բայց բոլորը գիտեն, որ գյուղացու բողոքը ուղղված էր այն մասնավոր ընկերություններին, որոնք իրենց ապրանքը մթերել էին բայց գումարները չէին վճարել:
Այսօր ինչպես տեսնում ենք այդ հսկայական պարտքը մարվում է ինչպես այս այնպես էլ նախորդ Կառավարության ջանքերի շնորհիվ:
Գործադիրի ղեկավարը բազմիցս հայտարարել է, որ գյուղատնտնեսությունը ՀՀ տնտեսության ամենա կարևոր ճյուղերից է, և պետք օր առաջ զարգացնել այս ոլորտը:
Երեկ Կառավարությունում տեղի ունեցած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ գյուղանտնեսության նախարարը հայտնել է, որ բազմաթիվ հանդիպումներ են կազմակերպվել նաև բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչների հետ՝ ներդրումային ծրագրերի խթանման նպատակով:
Նախարարը նաև նշել է, որ որ ընթացիկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում կառավարությանը կներկայացվի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման ռազմավարությունը:
