Կոտայքում բացահայտվել են բնակարանային գողությունների դեպքեր. ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը պարգևատրել է պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքի համար

ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը հրամաններ է ստորագրել՝ Կոտայքի մարզում արձանագրված բնակարանային մի շարք գողությունների բացահայտման գործում բարձր պրոֆեսիոնալիզմ ցուցաբերած աշխատակիցներին պարգևատրելու մասին։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2016 թականի մարտի 24-ին ահազանգ էր ստացվել Հրազդան քաղաքի Կենտրոն թաղամասի բնակարաններից մեկում կատարված գողության մասին. առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը գողացել էր ոսկյա զարդեր և տարբեր արտարժույթի կանխիկ գումար՝ քաղաքացուն պատճառելով շուրջ 2,5 մլն դրամի գույքային վնաս։
Դեպքի առթիվ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու, հանցագործությունը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։ Ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի օպերատիվ ծառայության հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցության արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը, հայտնաբերվել գողոնը։
Քննչական գործողությունները ճիշտ պլանավորելու, քննության ընթացքում քննիչի կողմից ցուցաբերված պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի արդյունքում բացահայտվել են նույն անձանց կողմից կատարված բնակարանային այլ գողության դեպքեր ևս՝ 17 դրվագ, ինչպես նաև հայտնաբերվել հափշտակված ապրանքները և տուժողներին հատուցվել հանցագործությամբ պատճառված վնասը։
«Չբացահայտված հանցագործությունների, տվյալ դեպքում գողությունների պարագայում հասարակության մոտ ձևավորվում է անհանգստության մթնոլորտ, զգուշավորություն, վախ, ինչը կարող է փարատվել դրանց բացահայտման արդյունքում։ Ձեր պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքի, ջանասիրության արդյունքում հանցագործությունից տուժած քաղաքացիներին վերադարձրեցիք վստահությունը, վերականգնեցիք սոցիալական արդարությունը»,- ասաց ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը՝ պարգևատրելով բարեխիղճ աշխատանքի համար։
Բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու արդյունքում շուրջ երկու տասնյակ գողություններ բացահայտելու, տուժողներին պատճառված վնասը հատուցելու համար ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հրամաններով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Սերգեյ Երիցյանը պարգևատրվել է «Անձնվիրության և անվեհերության» մեդալով, իսկ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալը՝ «Համագործակցության համար» մեդալով:
«Համատեղ աշխատանքը միշտ էլ արդյունք կտա»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը և բարձր գնահատեց ընդհանրապես Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության կողմից հանցագործությունների բացահայտման գործում ցուցաբերած ջանասիրությունը։
