Հայաստանում հյուրանոցային տնտեսության նոր օբյեկտների նկատմամբ պահանջարկի զգալի աճ կա և հյուրանոցաշինության ուղղությամբ ներդրումային ակտիվություն: Բնագավառում վերջին տարիներին, շնորհիվ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում վարվող պետական քաղաքականության, պետություն-մասնավոր հատված-սփյուռք համագործակցության, արձանագրվել է թե քանակական, թե որակական աճ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Զարմինե Զեյթունցյանը, այդ մասին են վկայում վերջին տարիներին կատարված շարունակական այն գործընթացները, որոնք միտված են զբոսաշրջության ոլորտի օրենսդրական, հարկային, ենթակառուցվածքային զարգացումներին: «Նկատելի է ենթակառուցվածքների (ճանապարհներ, օդանավակայան, լեռնադահուկային սպորտաձևերի ենթակառուցվածքներ Ծաղկաձորում, Ջերմուկում, Սևանում, հյուրանոցային տնտեսության, սննդի, զվարճանքի այլ օբյեկտներ) զարգացում, նոր հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտների նկատմամբ պահանջարկի զգալի աճ և հյուրանոցաշինության ուղղությամբ ներդրումային ակտիվություն»,-ասաց Զեյթունցյանը, ավելացնելով, որ միայն տեսարժան վայրերով այսօր տուրիստին չես գրավի, պետք է ստեղծել նոր հետաքրքրություններ և գրավիչ տուրփաթեթներ: Զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի խոսքով` ներկայումս ՀՀ տարածքում գործում է 340 հյուրանոցային տնտեսությա ն օբյեկտ: Նշված օբյեկտների 36%-ը գտնվում է Երևանում, իսկ 64%-ը՝ ՀՀ մարզերում:
Վերջին տարիներին շահագործման է հանձնվել հյուրանոցային տնտեսության շուրջ 20 օբյեկտ` ապահովելով շուրջ 1500 հյուրանոցային համարով: «2016 թվականին շահագործման է հանձնվել հյուրանոցային տնտեսության 4 օբյեկտ (155 համար): Առաջիկայում Հանրապետությունում նախատեսվում է շահագործման հանձնել ևս մի քանի հյուրանոց` ապահովելով լրացուցիչ ավելի քան 500 հյուրանոցային համար: Դրանց մի մասը հավակնում է դասվել միջազգային հեղինակավոր հյուրանոցային խմբերի»,-ասաց նա:
Համաձայն վիճակագրական տվյալների` 2016թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին հանրապետություն է ժամանել 969 հազար 010 զբոսաշրջիկ, կամ 2015թ. նույն ժամանակաշրջանի նկատմամբ ցուցանիշն աճել է3.6%-ով: 2016թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին զբոսաշրջության նպատակով հանրապետությունից մեկնել է 903 հազար 541 մարդ կամ 2015թ. համապատասխան ժամանակաշրջանի նկատմամբ ցուցանիշն աճել է3.0%-ով:
