«ՀԺ»․ Գազի գինը կրկին կարող է բարձրանալ 2018 թվականին

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովը երեկ հրապարակել է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիայի» առաջիկա 3 տարիների ներդրումային ծրագիրը, որից ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ 2018 թվականին գազի սակագինը կրկին բարձրացնելու կարիք կառաջանա:
Խնդիրն այն է, որ դեռ անցած տարի հաստատված եռամյա ծրագրով 2017-ի համար «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» նախատեսում էր 13.6 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրում եւ այդ գումարը ներառված էր սակագնի հաշվարկում: Սակայն այդ ընկերության նախկին գլխավոր տնօրեն Կարեն Կարապետյանի` ՀՀ վարչապետ դառնալուց հետո որոշվեց, որ գազի սակագինը Հայաստանում պետք է նվազեցվի եւ նոր ծրագրով 2017-ի համար նախատեսվել է արդեն 3.5 միլիարդ դրամի ներդրում: Ներդրումների այդպիսի կտրուկ նվազեցումը պայմանավորված էր հենց սակագնի նվազման անհրաժեշտությամբ:
Սակայն 2018 -ի համար կրկին նախատեսվել է մեծ ներդրում` մոտ 18 միլիարդ դրամ, ինչը կրկին պետք է ներառվի սակագնի մեջ, եւ դա հանգեցնելու է սակագնի բարձրացման: Նշենք, որ ՀԾԿՀ-ն սակագինը որոշելիս պետք է նախ հաստատի ներդրումային ծրագիրը: Այս անգամ, սակայն, հանձնաժողովը նվազեցրել է սակագինը, ապա հրապարակել ներդրումային ծրագիրը: Այլ կերպ ասած, ծրագիրը համապատասխանեցվել է սակագնին, այնինչ պետք է տեղի ունենար հակառակը:
Սա եւս մի անգամ ապացուցում է որ սակագնի նվազեցումը քաղաքական որոշում էր»:
