Այսօր մի կայքում կարդացի, որ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությունը ինչ-որ խորհրդակցություն էր հրավիրել կապված կենցաղային աղբի տարհանման խնդիրների ու դա իրականացնողների հետ, ինչ-որ հարցեր էին քննարկվում ընթացքիկ աշխատանքային գրաֆիկների իրականացման հետ: դա միգուցե լավ է, ես չգիտեմ, բայց ինձ մեկ այլ հարց է հետաքրքիր:

Ինչու՞ 25 տարվա կենսագրությամբ երկրում, ուր բնապահպանական խնդիրները հասել են ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիքի մակարդակի, մինչ օրս կենցաղային աղբի ու թափոնների վերամշակման գործարան չկա: Խոսքը ոչ միայն բացառապես էկո. խնդիրների լուծման, այլ առաջին հերթին բիզնես պրոյեկտի մասին է, որի ներքո աղբի վերամշակումից ստացվելու է տնտեսության ու վերամշակող արդյունաբերության տարբեր ճյուղերում կիրառելի տարբեր հումքի տեսակներ: Ի դեպ, վերամշակման է ենթակա կենցաղային աղբի ամենատարբեր տեսակները՝ սկսած պարենային աղբից մինչև շինարարական: Իսկ դրա արդյունքում գործարանները կարողանում են ստանալ սև ու գունավոր մետաղներ, ապակի, թուղթ, պոլիմերային հումք, վառելանյութ, էլեկտրոէներգիա ու ջերմություն, քիմ.արդյունաբերության մեջ կիրառելի նյութեր:

Ինչ կտա սա մեզ. նախ՝ կլուծի ընթացիկ աղբահանության հետ կապված էկոլոգիական տարբեր խնդիրներ, երկրորդը՝ ներդրում անող բիզնեսև կարող է շահույթ ունենալ, իսկ պետությունը ստանալ հարկեր, երրորդը՝ զբաղվածության հարցեր ու կենսապահովման խնդիրներ կլուծվեն:

Ինչ-որ պարբերականությամբ լուրեր էին տարածվում , թե ճապոնացի ինչ-որ գործարարներ էականորեն հետաքրքրված են ՀՀ-ում աղբի վերամշակման գործարան հիմնելու ծրագրով, սակայն ինչ-որ խնդիրների արդյունքում հետ են կանգնել իրենց նման ծրագրերից: Ինչևէ:
Կարծում եմ, նոր կառավարությունը կարող է իր ուշադրության տակ պահել նաև այս ոլորտը, փորձելով ներդումներ բերելու ու շահեկան բիզնես առաջարկ անել տաբեր բիզնես սուբյկետների:
