Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռ.Էրդողանը Ստամբուլում մասնակցելով Երուսաղեմին նվիրված գիտաժողովին ելույթ ունենալով հայտարարել է,որ թուրքական բանակն այս տարվա օգոստոսին "Եփրատի վահան" ռազմական օպերացիան Սիրիայում նախաձեռնել է մեկ նպատակով՝Սիրիայի օրինական ընտրված նախագահ Բաշար Ասադին տապալելու նպատակով..."Մենք երկար ենք սպասել,սակայն վերջիվերջո ստիպված էին մտնել Սիրիա...Մենք հավակնություններ չունենք սիրիական հողերի նկատմամբ,նրանք պետք է պատկանեն իրենց տերերին...Մենք այնտեղ նրա համար ենք,որ վերականգնենք արդարությունը և վերջ տանք բռնակալ Ասադի դաժանություններին,ով երկրում կազմակերպել է պետական ահաբեկչություն...",-մեջբերում է Էրդողանի բարբաջանքը РИА Новости-ն...
Այսինքն,Թուրքիան պաշտոնապես բացահայտեց,թե ինչ նպատակով է իր բանակը ներխուժել Սիրիա...Էրդողանն այս մասին բարձրաձայնում է այն բանից հետո,երբ սիրիական և ռուսաստանյան զինվորականներն այսօր հայտարարեցին,որ Արևելյան Հալեպի 70%-ը ազատագրվել է ահաբեկչական կազմակերպություններից,որոնց հիմնական հովանավորն է հենց նույն Անկարան...
Մինչ այս օրը,թուրքական պաշտոնյաները հայտարարում էին,որ թուրքական բանակի Սիրիայի հյուսիսում իրականացվող "Եփրատի վահան" ռազմական օպերացիան ուղղված է երկրի հյուսիսում իրենց դիրքերն ամրապնդած քրդերի դեմ,որոնք ըստ Էրդողանի սերտ կապեր ունեն Թուրքիայում ահաբեկչական համարվող Քրդական Բանվորական Կուսակցության հետ...Սակայն,երբ Ասադի բանակը Հալեպից հուսիս-արևելք ընկած Ալ-Բաբ քաղաքի մոտ հանդիպեց թուրքական բանակին,Էրդողանը ստիպված էր բացահայտել իր իրական նխատակները...Ու հիմա Թուրքիայի ֆաշիստ առաջնորը բացահայտեց իր գլխավոր նպատակը Սիրիայում՝Ասադի տապալումը...Ալ-Բաբը գրավելով թուրքերը պլացդարմ եմ ստեղծում՝ապագայում Հալեպի վրա գրոհելու համար...
Հետաքրքիր է,թե ի՞նչ է սրան պատասխանելու Մոսկվան,որի ծրագրերը Սիրիայում լիովին հակասում են Էրդողանի նպատակներին...
