Ճամբարակի նորաբաց սոցիալական ձեռնարկությունում աշխատանք են գտել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ճամբարակ քաղաքում «Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների եւ երիտասարդների շահերի պաշտպանության եւ ներառման «Աստղացոլք» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախաձեռնությամբ բացվել է սոցիալական ձեռնարկություն, որտեղ մշտական աշխատանք են գտել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող եւ կարիքավոր 7 երիտասարդ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց Ճամբարակ քաղաքի Հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների եւերիտասարդների շահերի պաշտպանության եւ ներառման «Աստղացոլք» հասարակական կազմակերպությաննախագահ Իրինա Հովհաննիսյանը, սոցիալական ձեռնարկության ստեղծման ծրագիրը մեկնարկել է 2016 թվականի փետրվարին եւ ավարտվել օգոստոսին: Ձեռնարկությունը բացվել եւ սկսել է գործունեություն ծավալել այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին: Այն գործում է Ճամբարակ քաղաքում, «Աստղացոլք»-ի գրասենյակի տարածքում: Ձեռնարկությունը կավի տեղական հումքի վրա արտադրում է կերամիկական զարդեր եւ կենցաղային կիրառական իրեր, որոնց վաճառքից էլ ապահովում է իր եկամուտները, աշխատավարձերը եւ գործունեությունը: «Զարդերի եւ կենցաղային իրերի արտադրության համար օգտագործում ենք տեղի կավը, որը հանում ենք 3-4 տարբեր տեղերից: Կավի հանույթի եւ մշակության խնդրով առանձին մասնագետ է զբաղվում, զարդերի եւ իրերի պատրաստման գործում ներգրավված մասնագ ետները հիմնականում կարիքավոր եւ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք են: Մեր առաջին քայլերը հուսադրող են եւ ակնառու: Արտադրանքի իրացումը կազմակերպում ենք մեր կայքի, ցուցահանդեսների օգնությամբ, ինչպես նաեւ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Նորվեգիայի թագավորության հյուպատոսի օգնությամբ: «Հոմլենդ» հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ մենք իրականացնում ենք թե մեծածախ առեւտուր, թե մեծ խմբաքանակով պատվերներ՝ պատրաստելով հայկական կարպետներ եւ կերամիկական կախազարդեր»,-ներկայացրեց Իրինա Հովհաննիսյանը: Առաջին երեք ամսում սոցիալական ձեռնարկությունը հասցրել է վճարել աշխատավարձերը, կենսագործունեության ապահովման համար ապահովել բավարար եկամուտ ու միջոցներ: Ավելին, դրվում է նաեւ ձեռնարկության ընդլայնման, աշխատատեղերի եւ աշխատավարձերի ավելացման խնդիրը:
«Ավելի շատ շահագրգռվածություն հանդես բերելու նպատակով աշխատանքները կազմակերպում ենք գործավարձային եղանակով: Առայժմ ձեռնարկության աշխատակիցները վճարվում են նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չափով, սակայն եկամուտների ավելացման դեպքում ոչ միայն կբարձրանան աշխատավարձերը, այլ նաեւ կավելանան աշխատատեղերը, որոնք կզբաղեցնեն հիմնականում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձինք կամ խիստ կարիքավորները»,- հավաստեց Իրինա Հովհաննիսյանը:
